Currently running Ferry/Juliet/S.Heles with Amira in the backline and my question is, why do people put S. Heles over Amira?

I know S. Heles does incredible damage against enemies in overdrive but basically only once and otherwise her damage seems lacking, while Amira has such a useful DATA/ougi boost buff while doing respectable damage in her demon form, even without ougi or bosses in overdrive.

Is there something I am missing?

What are some classes I should definitely get to lvl20 and what should I use in general?

I'm using the standard Ferry/Juliet/SHeles team and most of the time Dark Fencer with clarity.
Tried lvling Superstar since I read it's a good support class in the google doc guide but Superstar seems so mediocre.
