That's part of the same problem. Right now there aren't that many (full) parties, because it's difficult to get so many good players together all at once, so the matchmaker often fails when serving those.

Easy fixes would be to create a pure solo-queue (for us forever alones) and also clan-queues, where you could only enter with six people. Right now the system is kinda like "worst of both worlds".
