Your army composition sucks. You're ideally supposed to have 1:1 infantry/artillery and about 4k cavalry +- 1k. This is in reality very fucking expensive but you should still have at least a 1 to 0.75 ratio of infantry to arty.

Depends on the outcome. In my last Russia campaign, I had declared war on Germany through an event chain during WW2. Ended up partitioning the continent between Totalists (West) and Capitalists (East), which lead to a cool cold war scenario as I had to build up against the Socialist powers, and ended in a nuclear war over the continent.

-Religious Societies have 0 (ZERO) features. You literally just join them and get a hair cut that makes your head look like a penis
-Hermetic Society got stripped the fuck down from what they promised. No alchemy even though you can fucking collect ingredients for it.
-Secret Religious Cults are fucking joke. Secretly worshiping a religion does absolutely nothing for you. You never try to convert other people, never try to spread tolerance for your religion in your realm, and your kids won't even inherit the secret religion. Half the religions in the games don't even have Secret versions.
-The treasure is just passive bonuses that you get sometimes. You can't steal, sell, or give away items.
-Evil Cult Societies have some "ACTUAL" content, but are way way too fucking powerful. If you get outed as a member of one, its like a -20 opinion malus or some bullshit and if an NPC is in one you can't do a single thing to them.
