The only reason why it has in-depth guides right now is because these classes have remained unchanged for over a year now.
You'll notice that most the guides have been posted at the beginning of this year.

The Diadem sets are random. They come prepackaged with a random item glamour. Same with stats apparently. You can get stats that don't even correspond with the class of the gear. They also might be totally invisible, there's no icon for the gear, but I haven't used the glamour dispeller to check.

Just buy your misguided highlander and roegadyn and elezen friends a fantasia. They know they should have done better. All they need is a nudge from someone trusted, to point them in the right direction to a better race.
