The Lucina scores have been absurd, outpacing all the other heroes by ridiculous margins.

Since people are locked into who they sided with if their hero wins, Lucina will continue to hold the most people by a large margin.

So really her victory is inevitable in this thing, but I'll be damned if I'm letting Chrom get 2nd place. Chrom isn't really too bad, but Ephraim is in my top 3 favorite lords in the series.

There is literally only two gatcha rules.
One, can't trade the stuff you get for actual cash so its not "gambling" even trhough they have the pachinko system
Two you can't have "gatcha sets" where you need to gatcha roll this character in order to get another character (e.g. Its what got granblue sued due to needing to gatcha roll multiple times for equipment or something to combine into a super equipment)

Seriously, I got like ~2000 feathers total just from farming on team Chrom in Round 1. If he wins again, I'll get another ~2000, if he loses, I'll get another ~1500. Meanwhile, the majority of team Lucina isn't making half that much overall by the end.

I was never really planning for them to be God-Tier in the first place. Wendy's bases will be improved and her growth rates are going to be more like Effie's.

I advise you keep her as an Est, but don't have her be level fucking 1. Just, like, make her level 10 or something, whatever's appropriate.

That and give her a comparatively high weapon rank with a strong enough weapon so she can quickly catch up enough to not be useless.

That way, she'd still need care to level, as an Est should, but would be less of a liability to the player.
