Before the """balance""' I had multiple viable weapons for a low conc grinder build, after that they pretty much nerfed several pistol damages to the ground and made it nigh impossible to self sustain ammo on, which also applied to a lot of other weapons.

Fucking cavity got shafted hard that it couldn't even be considered a low conc weapon anymore like it was intended. With the ""balanced"" recoil and ammo pickup rate, you're guarenteed to bleed ammo.

As far as i know, they didn't have the rights to the Valhalla engine before development for Raid started. With that said, it's using an updated version of the diesel engine that Payday 2 has.

Payday 2 cannot update it's engine at this stage due to the infrastructure build on top of everything. With that said i've no idea what these "upgrades" mean.

The "meta" only matters for OD, where it's nade launchers, shotguns, m308s, and crossbows with ICTVs or Rogue Suits. Oh and Inspire Aced is mandatory now because they nerfed it to have a 20s cooldown.

the build has literally only one weakness and that's snipers at long range which are troublesome to kill with such low accuracy.
If you honestly can't figure out the build from either knowing what those 2 guns are good at or looking at the skills and figuring it out then you frankly don't deserve to have fun in this game and you should be stuck to meta weapons since there is plenty of guides on the internet for people like you to follow.

because it doesn't have grinding, massive amounts of dlc, shitty dsync issues, shitty engine that eats up performance, skills(for the most part) so the game is balanced around that.
Also lets not forget that there is very satisfying things like face platers which get popped by bullets. Money is xp, so getting extra loot is great and SPEAKING of loot, no fucking bags to carry!

It goes on and on. It's a bit rough around the edges with some polish missing, but as a whole package it works together to give you a good experience.
