Good generic dash, need to see damage but the cc is decent and it helps him proc his passive.

Mordekaiser will never work so long as he's so feast or famine. A flat heal and flat shield generation that scales with damage, yet a maximum shield size determined solely by max health means he's never going to be anything other than a bullshit win more snowball champ.

His shield needs a flat amount per level, his W needs a %hp component like Darius and Gangplank's on top of its flat value, and the rest of his skills need a %max shield charge just like his E currently has.
