Choosing between gears for T2 Hydra Cap.

Recovery Rate is obviously a must, and I've got a variety of these with damage procs to pick from.

So the question is, should I double down on heals or use something like critrate or crit defense as a secondary since Cap doesn't have many multi hit moves to proc from?

Double recovery would give me insane tanking with an occasional damage buff, but overall shit for damage, or should I spread it out a bit and sacrifice a bit of healing/defense for a damage proc and a damage dealing secondary buff?

There will be more unis. These two were already done, or at least partially done, and in the 2.9 update, meaning they've had since then to make other unis. There's also the Medusa, Moon-Girl and Kid Kaiju MU unis still to come which were confirmed months ago. We'll definitely get Medusa's, and probably Moon-Girl's, though Kid Kaiju's depends on him also getting added in this update.

On one hand, it'd be weird for them to spread them out across 4+ updates especially since Monsters Unleashed will be over by the time 3.0 comes. On the other hand, they've only released one MU uni a month so far and it's entirely possible they keep doing that with Medusa's this month, Moon-Girl's next month, then KK's the month after.

If you're looking for 100k+ in abx, both characters need a damage proc, but Carnage has a much easier time getting 100k. I guess it depends on what you're mostly looking to do. I personally would keep the current proposed ob on Carnage and just try it out, if you get 100k, you can focus on other characters obelisks.

The best Kate ob you can get on her is a defense pen, crit damage and damage boost, same applies to Carnage. But those obelisks will pretty much make them viable in shadowlands and abx, and may struggle in pvp modes.

Mostly just looking to clear SL. ABX would be nice, but I don't really care that much about it right now. Thought the shield proc would have been decent for that, but I'm not sure how good recovery is for Carnage since his little goo piles seem a bit finicky.

As for Destroyer I'll leave it naked for the time being I guess. I have shit luck with heal and shield percentages and peeling an ob off a character is expensive as hell.

For Rulk, I've been trying to get a GBI, Rire dam and invincible proc for a long ass time and I've got one (almost) with a 9% shield and 30ish fire damage. Debating slapping that over his current vanilla +48 fire gear.
The 10% shield on Rulk should, theoretically, be slightly more useful for getting recovery on cooldown than invin.
I have a lesser ob with Recovery (54), Fire (21) and Shield (7) as well, but it's a tossup and I think the 10% recovery bonus and 3% shield bonus over it (with 32 crit dam) edges out that one.

so a few years back red skull got his hands on professor xavier's brain which gives him X's psychic abilities, and then idk how but he ends up with Kobik; a sentient cosmic cube, as his adopted daughter. He basically raises her to believe Hydra is righteous and just and that they're the good guys and that Captain America is a jackbooted thug working for the evil country of America. Kobik wants Captain Hydra to be good and happy and all that so she (as a cosmic cube) alters Steve Rodger's entire history, memories literally everything about him(this only affects him as an individual, not the reality around him and he thinks a lot of shit happened very differently like he thinks he and Baron Zemo have been best friends since childhood). So basically Captain America has the same ideals he just thinks they are being upheld by championing the mistakenly righteous ideologies of Hydra, and will do what he deems necessary to install a Hydra government for the betterment of mankind no matter the cost.

An important side note is that he's currently trying to assassinate Red Skull (which is very hard to do because of Psychic powers) because he thinks Skull has bastardized what Hydra is supposed to represent, using Hydra for evil and wants to overthrow him.

Cap has IAAG already, just looking for a good gear for him that will let him continue to be an amazing tank, but maybe up his damage beyond spitting in the wind for tougher enemies.
Since He's Hydra'd up though I don't think he's in need of a shield of invincibility for a proc as I rarely have much trouble keeping him alive for absurdly long times as it is.

If Carnage really doesn't need recovery at T2 I'll give his to Cap and although it may not be a damage proc, I'll keep Kates on her since the shield should help with SL survivability as well as her general damage.

I'll probably throw that Recovery, Critdam, and 10% Shield on Rulk since that should keep his damage decent while giving him better recovery and a way for it to come off cooldown I think.
