So even though you're more likely to pull ivankov, the chance of getting another sugo where Zoro is rate-boosted + his color/class is boosted is just insanely low.

It really depends on your priorities. I would for you since you can not only pull Zoro, but Franky and Usopp are useful on shooter teams and Franky could be used on a Law Freedom team
And there are replacements for Zephyr that are useable. Coli World is the first go to, Coli Apoo works to an extent

It's not that hard, since we have the % for each character, and the % for each rarity, he just regroup the one with the same probability and he created group.
And surprise, all the 4 stars with the highest probability rate boosted had the same probability, the one color rate up were a bit higher, and the non color rate up/non boosted also had the same %.
