Personally I'd love a mode where whatever hero you spawn as has their weapon, abilities, and Ultimate scrambled and randomized for those of all other heroes.

It's virtually impossible and would never ever work, but I still love the mental image of Reinhardt holding Tracer's tiny pistols in his massive hands, while boosting around and wall riding with Lucio's music.

More abilities and variety would be fun - starting from even something as simple as different running speeds and melee damage.

But the problem is that they've "overstuffed" the characters you mention. I'd rather remove stuff from Ana and Genji, than randomly add stuff to other heroes.

Doomfist's abilities:

-Can destroy barriers with a single mighty punch. If more than one barrier is in the melee range of his punch he destroys all of them. Does moderate damage to enemies. 15-second cooldown.

No I don't play nearly as much as I did in s1 and s2. Checking profiles of the people I used to get matched with I'd easily be GM if I put as much time into it as I used to since they were all inflated as well, but the last 2 seasons I've just been playing heroes I suck with, getting to masters, then quitting for the season since the it basically gets me 1 gold gun a season and that's good enough for me. I keep getting random as fuck latency spikes that just peak at either 200-300 and stays that way for a while and eventually drops to 140.
I start the game with a stable 35-40MS latency and it just spikes like that midgame recently.
It's annoying as shit and I have no idea whats causing it as I've pinged the Overwatch servers several times and I experience no packet loss or anything of the sort.
I just want to play video games man.

Yeah I see where you're coming from. In my case, the "inflation" deranked me by like 500SR. Since then I've upgraded my PC (144hz monitor, really good mouse, etc) and stopped playing while drunk and have been steadily climbing with a ~60% winrate. All I'm saying is that it's completely possible for someone's skill rank to increase dramatically and be completely deserved. But yeah obviously it's case by case, but their rank doesn't matter as much as their performance - and if you get tilted over their s2 rank before the game starts, you're going to notice only the mistakes they make.
