There is only one decision point, and it happens right after the final proper battle, not sure how far that is from where you are. One other thing to note is that after you complete the true end, go through the VN up to the decision point again. You get some new scenes with some of the side characters.

That's the spiritual sequel to Harukuru so I would do Harukuru first. But more importantly, Watanabe "Fucking" Ryouichi is an excellent author with very comedic writing who would be quite challenging to translate, whereas Tsuushinbo is just cozy SOL (and significantly shorter). It's playable but the translation has some errors and the editing is barely passable. Some of the "mysteries" you have to solve have to do with kanji readings so you can get pretty lost.

The yuri part of it is pretty good but honestly fuck the ending that doesn't explain anything and leaves you with a cliffhanger that still hasn't gotten solved 2 chapters later. 10/10 art and OST though.
