They tried to balance it by making everything a 1/1 so the strongest cards can die to the weakest but the first player has such an advantage so not many people play it.

I would be less irked if there was more amulet destruction like sword to woodlands or Goetia mage that's playable.If dragon got more decent draw so it could run draconification, and everybody in general could take more than odin to deal with what you want banish for. The problem in my shitter opinion, isn't that it exists, it's that I often simply lack the ability to even take cards to deal with it.

I wanted to play Doggo but I had too much 2PP.
That's probably better to play Doggo + Priestess than Mainyu + Temple.

I love Lion Spirit, he can completely shutdown Aggro on his own, I want him at x3 but I can understand having him at x2. I climbed the ladder with aggro decks, and Lion Spirit was game-losing for me.

Veteran Tamer is probably best at x2 yeah, the card is sometimes awkward to play.

Dang, no mention of Valhallan General? That's cold. I feel like he's one of the unsung heroes of the archetype, curving out of Veteran Tamer in disgusting ways. While I don't have room for Mainyu to really abuse him at his fullest, he's just so good even when synergizing with amulet pops alone.
3x Lion Spirit -> 2x Spirit 1x Themis was a swap I made when Daria was at peak play on ladder, and also because it was really annoying to need a clear but be out of evos sometimes. If this recent trend of way too much Albert Sword keeps up it might be rational to reverse that tech and bring back 3x Lions just for them.

I feel like seraph is really strong against almost every control deck and aggro.

Haven can win against control blood, control sword unless they are more midrange, dragon if you run tribunal, and streamroll control shadow.

They can only be beat by Dirtrune, dshift, roaches and aggro blood if they get a extremely good start and if you brick. Is this accurate?

I like ironwrought cause those 1/2's end up scraping by with 1 def so, so much. If it helps, I run forge weaponry, fencer, rousing step, sage, admiral, etc.
It's a magical feeling melting tokens but staying on the board when I do it. It also means I don't need weak token makers which lets it focus on increasing their stats and once light is down it means I always have a target so it can storm the boosted knight, then heavy knight into shit. With headpats and Monika it's basically a board clear.

Not saying that Pixie Paradise is good or anything. But Pixie Paradise is better for cards that wants a stacked hand, like Rose Queen or Will of the Forest or whatever.

This problem is compounded by the fact that there is nothing about this card that helps you recover the tempo loss immediately the next turn after playing it. It mostly just generates value over time. Literally the only class that can get away with it is Haven because of their healing and removal power. Even then the amulets that actually see play in Haven are extremely cheap or do something immediately when played.

If the expansion doesn't give forest more control options to make up for the turn spent playing that card then it's just going to be another shitty amulet to add to forest's collection of terrible amulets. Even if they get more control cards the inherent board space problem with amulets still fucks over forest endlessly.

Turn 4 is awkward since you'll play right into the evo turn of your opponent, anything you'll develop will be most likely killed. That's why you have cards like Veteran Tamer that are low tempo but can still provide good value for a 4-drop.

Dropping this amulet on T4 after building a nice Ancient Elf won't be that bad, and the card can provide insane value if it can hit the board safely.

Most of the overfeels make them basically +2pp of value each. The only downer is that they don't have enough good regular draw to really take advantage of it for a tempo deck
In some cases the shadows make it a value card letting you outvalue their hand dry to kill them.
When you drop below 10hp in their poorly carried out quest to kill you, you have a much cheaper, much more powerful than average cost cards to swing back on top of the game at a ptitance as well as your own 10+ storm from hand.

Fuck off i like discard dragon too, but putting dragonmancer rite amulet is too much tempo lost. They just need a discard card that allows you to evolve a fellower and play an amulet from your hand so you dont lose tempo.

I hate T2. I only play with tickets so it's not like I'm wasting rupies on it, but it's so stupid sometimes. You can craft a great deck and you'll still find at least one deck that has all the answers and fucks you in the ass no matter what. It actually feels better to go 3-2 than 4-1 because at least it makes it feel like you just drafted an OK deck instead of just being screwed out of a 5-0.

There's plenty of things dragon still needs, and could use. Solid bodies in the early mana spots that aren't reliant on overflow gimmicks, for instance. Like Blood, most of our vanilla low mana cards are unplayable because they do nothing outside of overflow. Which leads to an extremely fragile early game and pushing people even more into the ramp or nothing approach.

I used to get Turn 4 Reaper fairly often thanks to Gobu but not anymore, RIP. Turn 6 Howl combo is trickier but the deck has so much burn sometimes you don't even need it to close the game.
