Sure, but my point is that they don't necessarily have to stop fighting. The monologue will most likely detract from something, weather it be the fight itself or having the monologue be not as impactful as it originally was.

I agree that vns are a better medium than anime in that regard for sure, simply because the fight scenes are static and let's your imagination do the work while the monologue can still have its full effect. Especially in something like Fate.

At the very beginning of Sachi's route, she has a gas mask on. It makes me wonder if they had a filter set up for those 3 or 4 lines before she took it off, and the filter never got removed and persisted through the last 4 hours of voices or something.
