Since we're getting this event in a few hours, I'll skip the spoilers and overview and all that. Instead, I'll just go through the help and post about what that says.

Basically, you're taking your myroids out on a date to Moe Can Land for white day. The event consists of tons of different areas with their own minigames. I assume you visit them at random. Visiting any stage 3 times allows you to skip through similar stages, stopping for minigames. Clearing 4 areas after clearing the Main Entrance stage unlocks the option to go to a hotel where you can massage your myroid for stamina recovery.

Now for the interesting part. The minigames cost Moen this time around. Common to all stages (I think), your myroid will ask to buy things with stamps (I think), the event gacha currency.
There are attractions you can get on for the European Town and Pirate Harbor areas and get bonus points for that.
There's a restaurant at the "Central Plaza" and "European Town" areas where you can choose between a 3000 and 5000 Moen course, both recovering stamina. The 5000 Moen course gives you the chance to feed your myroid, and getting it right gives more bonus stamina.
There're Crane Games in the "Central Plaza" area, which cost 100 Moen each but give points, stamps, and unique items.

Returnee is one of the tutorial types. You should've gotten the option to select it as the type to aim for (or Default type B), and get daily gifts that boost your points to it. It's also fairly low so a few other types will get you returnee just fulfilling their own requirements. Chuunibyou comes to mind.

BBS is a BBS built into the app. Seems to be an ancient feature that's still very much in use. Categories were something like In Game, Help/Guides, Off Topic, and Complaints/Suggestions.

Meal system used to be a lot more broken, but it's balanced now. Basically the day is broken up into three JST time periods, each allowing you to eat a meal. Eating increases the efficiency of the next job or study you complete. Ones you cancel will not take up the bonus, so you can cancel one and start another and still have it boosted. Eating enough of the right meals unlocks special ones that give nice bonuses, like affection or condition increases. Don't ask me which, I don't actually know. Also, eating in the middle of the night (JST) causes a condition down for most meal options.

There are a lot of other nice JP only features too. I'll just go over three right now. First is ナデナデする, or rubbing, which allows you to poke your girl's head, face, chest, or legs and get a reaction out of them. 10 pats before you have to recharge with sleep. Positive reactions increase affection, negative ones decrease it. The increases and decreases have flipped colors from the ones you get when talking.
The second is 一緒に写真を撮る, or take a picture together, which allows you to take a picture with two of your roids or one of yours and a friend's.
The third is the album, where you can store, title, and caption pictures you take, and view the ones of your friends.

Right, I should probably post the data I've got so far. Looks like the pirate stage is the best for points/stamps, but has a chance of failing and becoming inferior to the European stage, and has no other minigames. The European stage is a good mix of decent points/stamps and stamina regen. The plaza is just for the crane game and restaurant, but otherwise not all that worth it. There are unique items in the crane game though, so it's worth doing a few times.

You don't have to worry about waiting for it. We'll probably never get the changes considering they never update what's in the casino exchange. That overall hair is so generic I thought we had it already. Midway hair looks decent.

Everything else looks kind of garbage to me. We keep getting the same few styles in the events, but at least some of the most interesting stuff ends up in the free daily/star gacha so I guess I can't complain that they don't want my money.

Let's record data about which types like the Pirate coaster.

So far, I've never seen Diligent or Mysterious like the coaster, but Default seems ok with it maybe 30% of the time. Gentle is fine with it unless she gets wet through her rain coat, which happens maybe half the time. Returnee seems to always love it. Devoted also seems mixed.
