So I'm sure we can all agree chogath buffs aren't bad but other junglers and top laners are so much better that cho is pretty much useless.

How would he do currently as a support? In other words, how important is it to harass early pre-6 as a support? Because I think cho might be able to get away with taking chilling smite bot lane and naturally scale off the health he gets from support items (I was thinking ruby sightstone/talisman). Bot lane is pretty much either poke enemy to death, farm until first tower is down, or wait till 4-man tower dive. Obviously cho won't do well in lane but I guess once you hit 5 stacks you can really force epic monster objectives and be useful to the team in that way. He's more useful in team fights with his silence and easy to hit knockup. Slap on redemption and locket and I think he has the potential to be a real threat.

Some of that stuff is understandable. Once they realized so many characters had the same skills they started (re)making everything super gimmicky. Like it took me 40 minutes into the game before I figured how how you were supposed to use Gangplank's barrels and Skarner has capture points but I still don't know what those are supposed to do. I have solid luck with him. I played him from low silver to now high Gold and plan on playing him until I hopefully hit Diamond. A few points I can give are to make sure you conserve his ult and use it correctly since its pretty much do or die with out it. Only build TF if you are smashing really hard otherwise you can do the tankier BC/IBG/Steraks build and be useful during team fights or you can do a build off of Titty Hydra/DD/Etc his build path is very flexible so don't feel the need to ALWAYS build Trinty. Same with ZZ only get it if you are smashing really hard other wise its just not worth grabbing since you kill turrets fast enough already. Try not to summon your ghouls instantly because you will end up pushing the lane when you usually wanna freeze it by your turret if you can and just fuck the enemy top laner really hard since they will never win a 1v1 with you when you have ult. If you hit someone with E as soon as you summon ghouls they'll instantly jump onto them so once again don't always summon ghouls. You can also E a jungle camp and the Maiden will stop pushing and start attacking the camp which allows you to have her by you and not in a lane being useless on top of that you can also recall with her to base and she fully restores her HP this is super important since the CD on ult is massive and it allows you to have her up longer since she doesn't go away until she dies. Yorick is a fun champ and as long as the game doesn't drag on super long he can carry games pretty hard if you play well. He has some flaws but you can make due with it.

Why do people think this game is so hard that you need years of practice to get out of silver? It took about two months to get 30 and the minimum number of champs to queue ranked, a couple of weeks to get out of silver, and maybe a month and a half to get welfare plat (which also included like 3 weeks break because of school). I'm sure it's very hard to get like high diamond or something, but it's definitely not hard to get fucking gold of all things.
