Worked out fantastic dude. Since the Archanea games don't have a single good archer I took the role upon myself, and it turned out great. Lots of enemies are weak to arrows or attack from behind a wall, and as you can see you get a lot of defence so you can stay on the frontlines and draw some aggro if needed. You recruit Jeorge relatively early as well, so you can steal his Parthia and have an early holy weapon with huge damage.

The only thing you really need is an Angelic Robe since your HP is really low for some reason, but after that you're good.

The reason I still think he was shafted to the detriment of the games we got was because of how shoddy the end product was and how the game's scenario writing was handed over to Nami Komuro whose only credit before Fates is Awakening's scenario, another game with suspiciously similar trash plot and trash worldbuilding (despite the fact that it borrowed lore from several previous games). I'm thinking Kibayashi's script wasn't easy to translate into a scenario for a game so they scrapped most of it and salvaged what they could easily work with in the storytelling style they used in Awakening. But this is all speculation and why I really want to take a peek at the original drafts.
