It's well known that the EXP scaling for scenario quests is horribly bad at Power Station since 85 was the cap for a long time. It was meant to sort of be a chore with Korean FP.

You actually get 3.9m per Time Gate scenario quest if you save them for level 80+ compared to 2.5m at per at Power Station.
