He's fun, funny and you occasionally get people who have no idea what his moveset is because nobody plays him. He literally only does well against shitters because he has no good engage and no way to punish anything he defends. His headbutt is pretty decent but he has no real way to follow up on it outside his charge, and that's easily dodged even if the headbutt knocks them out of stamina.
