Doing chapter 16 and 17 together isn't the problem. The problem is that the flame movements in 16 are actually 100% random, making any strategy to easily cheese it impossible, unlike every other 2-part level in the game, and 17 is a fairly easy level except you're given a fuckton of dead weight units that die in 1 hit and you have to protect the entire level.

Takumi's 36 speed base which is what everybody is. You won't lose many doubling opportunities as a result, but you'll be doubled by really fast stuff more often.

Overall it's a pretty good aggressive IV, probably worse for defense cheese.

Your Hector will be killing Takumis, the tiki is second highest stats after Hector and decent for killing things even with the -spd. Linde is one of the best characters her only downside is her low stat count (all the stats will effect your score). If you replace Ephraim with Sharena/Fae you can easily hit 4600+ score.
