About to get the game, had a question:

From what I read online the difference at endgame between 50 Sta vs. 50 Str is negligible, and some people were getting 50 stamina and then pumping the onymo / spirit stuff

The difficulty is steep in the beginning, but as you gain more levels and unlock more skills the game becomes ever easier. The only real difficulty spike after that is postgame.

So it looks like the upper limit for infinite ammo is probably around 85% if you were stubborn about maxed out rolls. I've got some 4.5 and a 3.8 or two, but if you stuck to 5% you'd probably get to 80-85%. This is with Saika's Yatagarasu Set and level 30 Yatagarasu obviously. Pro-tip: you can get infinite ammo on weapons, so you need to stack it there too.

How do we fix Ninjutsu? It doesnt even have prestige options. Thats how much of an after thought it is.

Well, Nobunaga is easily countered and if you stay close to him he doesn't spam Living Weapon. After that it's easy enough to counter him to death.
Nohime is easily dealt with.

As for Shiggy and Honda, take Shiggy down first, counters are as effective as always and the rock is a valuable ally.

Shot Honda in the face in the beginning and spearfall'd Muneshige to hell then killed Honda. In the other one I first shot Oda in the face and did the killing strike. Then spearfall'd him while occasionally dodged Yukionna. Wasn' really that hard since Oda likes to do the double stab reach so he comes after me and Yukionna stays at a distance.

After that it becomes personal preference. Cannons are low ammo high damage so they get a lot out of improvised projectiles. There's also ammo carry and extra damage stuff in the ninja tree. But none of that is really necessary.

Onmyo magic has the sloth meme that's useful for any build, but that's about it. The healing talismans are ok i guess

you will need a few points in str for the armor requirements. I like 20 spirit

Hell you can even use two axe buffs if you switch out the skill after applying the first. whether that's viable for anything or not I couldn't tell you, but it works
This is Battle Focus + 2kat mystic art. Literally useless since Momentum by itself does the job, but it works nonetheless
If you're not using a weapon toward a set, I'd argue committing the samurai points to unlock the buffs and having an axe in your secondary weapon slot for them is a viable strategy

How the fuck do I make enough money to soul match at any level past 30? I've been using a lvl 35 spear for ages, and want to upgrade it to lvl 53 with a sword I found. I barely ever spend money except for soul forging and buying ammo for guns and bows, I just sold every goddamn thing I own, I still don't even have 1/20th of what I need to do this.

Go with Suzaku and moment/guardian talismans, also get lifeseal
When you get locked in go forward slowly until you aggro one clone and go back
Yokai break out, use guardian talisman and living weapon to nuke them all and hit kelley as much as possible
Once weapon goes out lifeseal kelley, kick all the ki out of him and damage him, repeat until it dies.
Repeat the draw one clone, ki drain and kill untiil they die

I really shouldnt have tried fighting okatsu when i was tired. I had more deaths to that cunt than any other boss so far. Sometimes i would walk into the room and get instagibbed with her combos. Fuck, it really shouldnt have been that hard.

Personally, I'd say if you're going axe with heavy armor, strength is a shit stat and it's stamina all day. 99 strength vs 99 stamina is a 40 damage difference. No other melee weapon scales from stamina, so you can use whatever you want or not even bother.

If you go medium armor, get enough stamina to maintain B agility, and then level body and/or strength. If more body, then hammer is a better choice than axe. Spear is a good backup weapon either way since it also scales with these 2 stats.

Alright. I have been playing nioh a lot lately and want to see it at its best potential. How do the saves work for it? I'd like to trade in my basic ps4 for a ps4 pro but I am wary because I have 99% of the titles and all proficiency and sets and what not.

So if I get a new system does the save go to a cloud or directly to the current system. I think its that but doesn't hurt to ask. Anyway if its like that how do I get one save to the other?

9 little bombs, 6 big bombs, two mega bombs with the Iga set and as much unlimited as you can get. I can basically just follow my host around chucking bombs for the entire mission. It's just a shame that +bomb capacity skill doesn't apply to jutsu-bombs. Hopefully that's a bug they'll fix with DLC. Shit there's even a clan that gives +15% bomb damage.
