Recall system has very little to do with that. It's just that nerfing biggest cancer like Sharr or Elaine would require to rebalance whole game. Just imagine what would happed to PvE if you could no longer OHKO enemy GK.

Sharr and Elaine have viable alternatives in PvE and even then you could balance them in ways that wouldn't disrupt their PvE power.

The biggest complaint I usually see about Elaine stems from people who rely on purely defensive backlines and then the ball gets stuck in the line when they try to pen through an Elaine with a character with 1k reflex and 0 CAR. Elaine isn't really much of a problem if you have a character that can reliable pen through her like Gaphyl

If Sharr's damage increase was pushed to only when she crits it wouldn't change her in PvE while making the Glab 0% crit Sharr's Hiro tier

Meiran has great global totem but is paper thin.
You really need to build around her to use her effectively and having her in mid means your opponent will walk through your mid (especially since most PVP mids are 3 legends or 2 legends and Vic).
To effectively use Meiran you need a long passer and other global +atk buffs. And basically set your team up for an OHKO. That is not at all how your team is set up now. So
I'd say she's good as a placeholder in mid for now. But not worth long term investing because you'll replace her asap.

He did no damage at all, but it was so annoying. WG was mid with BI which stopped any pen attempts, she thankfully never joined in co-op. Kei always got healed in some way, either from Virgil, BI or Latios getting a shot off due to all the ways he could get action bar.

Don't think it would have been worse with Isillia, he got critted once the enitre match and I would easily taken down Isillia after the 20min mark

I would start using my maxed out Latios again if they did

Like change her first passive so that every time she shoots she gains 1% atk/pen for each light unit on her team, stacking 5 times. So with a full light team she has 55% atk and pen after 5 shots. And in turn move her heal to her active, so her active gives crit and team heal, stacking as before. Change her last passive to be 30% crit 30% crit dmg. So her healing would still be central but now gated by spirit and cooldown.

And move her light team buff to some other unit, a defensive one.
