It's still being updated, but technical limitations will always hold it back.
It runs in DSi mode so it's fine on both O3DS and N3DS (theoretically DSi as well, but no hack exists), but to get games to load stuff from the SD card instead of a cartridge slot you have to do extensive and complicated patches to the game itself. It's just infeasible for it to work well for a large amount of games.

I don't believe any of those games are working but you're free to try.

Most games don't care about TWL clockspeeds. On my flashcard the only games I've found which don't like TWL clockspeeds are Infinite Space (crash) and Etrian Odyssey (flickering titlecards).

TWL Main Memory would break memory mirroring so that's disabled, but nds-bootstrap is currently using TWL-specific WRAM as a cache and that doesn't appear to be causing issues.

Besides that, the only other SCFG flags that have changed are the SD card access and the SCFG unlock. Everything else is set to plain NTR mode.

I'm a little concerned that 11.3 firmware is fucking things up.

Apparently it causes performance issues in OoT3D, but I've been experiencing the odd issues with my N3DS XL.
I've had two freezes when going to save my game on Pokémon Moon, and just now I've had FBI hang on installing hblauncher_loader v1.3
It also takes a little longer sometimes for games to load into the splash screen after selecting them on the home menu.
I tried doing a reformat of my 64gb microSD to alleviate this but I'm not sure it has.

Anyone else experiencing similar issues recently? I'm a little concerned it could be NAND degradation or something, or maybe just a need for a Luma3DS update.
