It's just boring. It's the same as 2 with a boring open world and tons of pointless challenges you're given almost no incentive to complete. The story also sucks and wraps up way too early, I was in disbelief when the game ended where it did.

The novelty of gliding is lost very fast, especially if you're played JC2 on PC and used mods. I legitimately nodded off a few times while traveling from point A to point B with the glidesuit. The world looks great but it's just a bunch of bullshit. Long empty stretches of nothing. Anything in the game is doable with enough tries. You just need to learn to dodge well, and once you've done that it's fine. So dying a fair few times to a boss is fine.

I played through the entire game using just one weapon (the whippy cane) and not understanding the stats. And I had most trouble with like the second boss, everything else after that I had much less trouble with.

The only bosses I had trouble with were the Defiled memedog, the Abhorrent Beast from the chalice dungeons and Laurence. They are all extra/DLC bosses so you don't even have to fight them to beat the game unless you are a fellow platinum enthusiast :)

Alright, i'm having a weird issue.

I can't connect to the PS store, or any games online functions. But I can log in to the PSN just fine, since it's showing me as online. But when i'm trying to online on a game, like LBP3 or disc jam, it's just saying it can't connect. Netflix works fine, so it's not the PS4's connection to the internet, it also completes a connection test just fine when I try.

Anyone have any ideas? It's been going on for about 2 days now.

I've played the fuck out of all of them and yeah BB for me at least is head a shoulders above them all. est story, best visual aesthetic, best combat, best weapons, best music it's a clean sweep. Chalice and gems kind of make building PvP characters a bit of a chore, but I still enjoy it.

Bloodborne was my first Souls game and I got stuck in the first area lol.

It has its moments, though the quality isn't consistent, like pretty much every other episodic game. Puzzle-solving is more gimmicky than traditional adventure games, or at least the original KQ games that I remember. The idea behind this reboot is great; having you play an increasingly older King Graham each chapter, different adventures but also an overarching story throughout--with some player choice here and there. However, the feeling of adventure just doesn't come close to the original games.

Adventure games with modern technology should be incredible, they should exist, but they're not common because gamers got too stupid, I guess.

To answer your question, it's far from terrible and I don't regret playing it. Trigger warning though: puns everywhere and there's no platinum trophy.
