Straight from plebbit about $ for dormemmu:
Decided to see how much it would cost to get Dormammu if you essentially use crystals to buy your way through his requirements more easily so here's my data:
Assuming a ~35sec clear time with a ~10sec zone/loading delay per run I'm able to pull 15 clears per 20 mins. Give or take, but 15 seems like a safe average.
15 Hidden Route tickets = 150 shards
200 Hidden Routes needed for Dormammu.
190 Tickets needed to be bought for Dormammu (-10 from Quest clear reward)
190/15 = 12.6 (so 13 packs) at 150 each = 1950 Crystals.
Now for time:
You can do up to x6, 20min runs per day by spending 500 crystals.
That comes to around 15runs (each 20min) x 6 = 90 Hidden Routes per day.
So you need at least 3 days (1500 crystals) or 4 days (2000 crystals). + the tickets price =
3450 ~ 3950 crystals to pay your way to Dormmamu in 3~4 days.
Obviously if you do manage to get 17 runs per 20min, this can be done in 2 days for less cost.
Sorry for the badly formatted data, but thought this might be useful for anyone thinking of rushing Dormammu.
I have faith in seeing someone get Dormammu tomorrow lol
EDIT: Apparently the costs for refilling Specials goes up from 100 by 50 crystals each time, so the cost is much more :(

Her baseball bat skill has been changed to a forward dash similar to ant man. Much better for survivability and it got a boost in damage. However it is changed from physical to energy attack now. Her laser beam now spreads and you don't have to worry about aiming it. No where to hide also has an AoE. Her 4 skill is still bad though, in fact it is worse as it leaves her open longer. Other than that it is clearly superior to her old one. I bought her old uni in the past and I have no regrets getting her new one.

12 clear tickets per batch is a lot 2bh.

It's a full i-frames now, the patch notes said so and I would know, I use her in today's Female AB, so it's not a problem anymore. If you're talking about her last standing shot after the jump, you can cancel out of it too.

Yes, Strange can easily be beaten if you have a cleanse ability and he you're lucky enough for him not to infinitely recycle skill 4. Dormammu is a probably because you can't CC him, not can you kill him because he heals and even revives. Not even Destroyer can deal enough damage. DD regular bios seem a little boosted, while MM seem a bit less

Shifter rates for Inferno seem utter BS i did my first run and got 4 bios i then bought a 2nd run of unlimited's and used the 10 hidden tickets, i ended with one ticket left and only 2 more inferno bios also the ammount of time the hidden wahteverhtey'recalled add on to a run doesn't seem to make it worth them happening(given the apparent rng) seeing as we have such little time to run specials for.

Maybe give ~5 or 6 non unlimited runs of specials?

I currently have a low tier invincibility proc ob on her and it helps out a ton when she gets to low health as you can chain it with her 6* to extend her life a bit.
My only concern was losing her current crit rate of 49% (to 34 or so) which is great, but if I'm hitting dodging enemies more it should be worth it.

Nah, I already tested her in Female AB. She still can't be invincible 100% of the time and any combination of using 6*- 3* - 2* - 5*/6* - 2* - 5* - 3*/6* - 2* - 3* - 5*/6* - 3* - 5* et al. would still leave her open to attacks for a split second, mostly to the meteors, and damage her. It's a lot better than before but she's still not quite Carnage level.

Yeah, that's the thing. If you're going to Maximus blast, fine. But then Medusa should be combat because she doesn't remotely fit in the same mold as any of the other universal characters. She's only cosmic by association not through fighting style or powerset. She just has strong hair that she brawls with. It's made even worse by the fact that her leadership is universal only (making it just a worse version of Ronan's and not usable with ANY of the inhumans other than BB. Yet Moon-Girl gets the same leadership but applicable to everyone?

If you're going to make Medusa universal then the only justification that I can see for it is the fact that she's queen? Which while dumb justification still means Maximus should be universal since he's Black Bolt's brother and rightful holder of the throne.

Because we “asked for it”, right? We didn’t ask for less gold overall, we didn’t ask to be forced to shell out more clear tickets (16x4=64 clear tickets for all 5 claims at stage 6). We asked for ISO-8 boosters to stack, we asked for the shitty drops to get removed (nobody wants low level exp chips), we asked for Co-Op to automatically continue if you got disconnected. Some may have complained about Co-Op taking up so much time but this is the exact same situation that happened with - yes I’m bringing it up - Alliance Battle. Community complains about specific game mode taking too much time -> community wants to spend less time and maintain the same amount of rewards or at least a reasonable amount -> NM reduce the time needed but also mess up the rewards as a result. The community doesn’t like that. You’d think NM would understand that by now. Maybe less gold would be tolerable if the many gold sinks in the game were reworked; ISO-8 rolling, Uru, the list goes on.

I claimed my 5 sets of rewards today and the second slot only dropped a little over 300k gold each time. My daily Co-Op gold haul has dropped from 2-3m a day to a measly 1.3m gold. This blow might have been softened if the first slot didn’t drop complete trash every time (yay more ISO-8 boosters that fill up my inventory, yay more shitty low level exp chips, yay more 1-2* ISO-8 that also fill up my inventory). Yes, the first slot does have a chance to drop gold too but it’s not guaranteed, I can’t rely on that to make my gold. I’m not VIP0 but what about those players who ONLY have access to the first slot? They could do their daily Co-Op 5 times and not get any gold AT ALL. With the old system, everyone (even VIP0) had more chances for the first slot to drop gold due to the unrestricted amount of entries. Now, Co-Op is limited to 5 sets of rewards – only 5 chances for the first slot to drop gold.

What I hate about most of these changes is that they are so close to making improvements that benefit the consumer and not fucking over their own profit but then they go and fuck it up. Reducing the time for Dark Dimension/ Memory Mission/ Specials/ Co-op is an amazing quality of life improvement.
They seem to have this philosophy that less time spent deserves less rewards, which would be a fair method of handling the rewards if there weren't limits or caps put in place to stop people form playing the game. I'd say that this is pretty evident that this will be a trend since this is the same thing that happened with Alliance Battle.
While I wouldn't call running these modes on repeat quality content, some people might have actually enjoyed manualy running missions multiple times or the 20 minute long Alliance Battles. In a sense we are getting less content and we are getting our resources diminished as well. I hope Netmarble reevaluates the content/resource relationship, but if Alliance Battle is any indicator I wouldn't hold my breath.

I agree with this, usually at this time I would do my MM/DD/Coop but seeing now all of them have been axed to bare minimum, I literally have nothing to do except closing the game and doing something else till my energy regen.

Be careful with Elsa's new uni 5* skill, you can't cancel the last animation with the sword dash. Only with her 1*, 3*, or 6* skill.

If you donate 1 mil gold you'll get 100 Alliance tokens, and each token sells for 5000 gold.
If you sell all of the tokens you get back 500,000. Essentially cutting the price for leveling the Alliance store in half (if you dont want to spend any of the tokens on energy or clear tickets)

Pre-2.9 we had 10 chances for Clea to appear as an Ally Shifter (and then a further chance for her to drop a bio), in 2.9 this was slashed to only 3 chances. 3 chances a day for Clea to appear as an Ally Shifter. 3. This is a character that is required to be ranked up to 5* for Doctor Strange’s Epic Quest. Let’s say a player planned ahead and had prepared 4* and 5* rank-up tickets (from SL first clear rewards), they’d only need to get Clea to 3* (70 bios). If they miraculously got 3 Clea bios a day, that’s a little over 3 weeks’ worth of farming. Pre-2.9 a dedicated player could force reset for 10 Clea bios a day, resulting in only 1 weeks’ worth of farming. The number of bios Clea can drop wasn’t changed which doesn’t make sense since Hellstorm and Satana’s drop rates were increased in order to keep things “comparable”. This situation is worsened if a player farming Clea doesn’t have any rank-up tickets to use or if they are working on maxing her gears, or even 150 bios to advance her to T2.

The same sentiments can be extended to Gwenpool and now Inferno. We now have 10 minutes + 2 entries less to possibly gain more bios for Gwenpool and Inferno. Do these Ally Shifters now drop more bios to compensate? Were their appearance/drop rates increased?

MM and DD entries were restricted, thus total entry costs were reduced (both by 10% to be specific) with rewards supposedly remaining the same or even increased. Bio drop rates were seemingly increased at a comparable rate but the gold wasn’t. Pre 2.9 MM and DD would yield a combined amount of ~130,000 gold (this figure might actually be higher). This was reduced to ~95,000 in 2.9. The gold per run was increased but there’s an overall decrease due to the reduced number of entries. Another gold nerf.

Special mission entries were reduced by 2 + 10 minutes’ worth; entry costs were increased and rewards supposedly increased to compensate. Bio drop rates seem to have indeed increased (I got 4 bios to drop on occasion) – but, you guessed it, the overall gold here was decreased too (by ~16,000). ANOTHER gold nerf.

You might be thinking those amounts aren’t significant but once you factor in the reduced gold from Co-Op and the constant new gold sinks, it all starts to add up.

I know recharging entries isn’t new (see Story mission biometric acquisition limits and Timeline entries) and that isn’t my problem, it’s the availability of Hidden Tickets and their importance in recruiting Dormammu. It isn’t enough that Dormammu requires the same amount of resources as Thanos and Odin, you need to go through this ridiculous line of quests revolving around Hidden Routes and Hidden Tickets.

Yeah we’re all going to love discovering 0-2 Hidden Routes a day without Hidden Tickets, especially with the now decreased entries/time allowed for Special missions (10 mins + 2 entries less).

warning, read this at your own risk, this is my opinion and its may trigger some people:
I like that clea is just 3 chances of getting the bio, shitters were getting strange too fast and maybe getting tired of the game early too easily without much time or resources to work on other things, they can still save crystals and buy an ultra rank up tick from the sales, just like I did. BB was farmable the same way with the same drop rate before and I got him to 6'* that way, with the help of the rare occasional daily universal 8 bio selectors

Because the gold income before basically made it so gold was never the bottleneck, but materials. Issue is that they push gold sales a lot but I doubt they were seeing the returns on those they wanted because, why would you even buy gold?

It's only been 3 unlimited runs, but idk so far i haven't gotten any hidden routes without using the hidden tickets (so out of 3 unlimited runs I've gotten 10 hidden routes)
