You misunderstand my point and the definition of "creep" entirely. Creep refers to the creation of champion kits. The increasing mobility in champ kits is because there is no turn rate. Because there's pretty much no penalty to kiting backward as a ranged autoattack champion, melee champs that are released now need a huge amount of mobility to keep up, which has lead to things like Camille. Consider, for example, really old melee champs like Garen and Singed that were developed before Riot realized the full implications of not having turn rates in the game. And then think of champs like Camille after Riot learned what not having turn rates does to game balance. Or compare pre and post rework Warwick. It's basically a never ending arms race between ranged and melee champs.

W healing is a constant passive and the heal scales with max health. The damage toggle is now an active that does increasing damage based on how filled his passive is. Health cost removed.
E missile speed increased and better AD scaling.
R gives him immunity to AS slows for the duration. Each auto during his ult reduces the CD of his other abilities by .5 seconds.

The more I play Braum the more I don't like him.
-Teammates want me to be aggressive at level 2 and I don't really have a gap closer. Jumping to a minion is too predictable and enemy ADC knows better to stay out of range of my Q or an ally minion. My only option is to either chase the enemy ADC while enemy support focuses my carry or to Flash onto the enemy ADC.
-I can't jump to the backline and stun the enemy ADC. I can only disrupt the bruisers and assassins that jump to my carry.
-Braum is like Lulu and Taric and Janna. They require a certain team comp in order to shine. They also have terrible laning phases, but do very well in teamfights as long as they have a certain team comp.

Midlane is a 1v0 lane that is a ghost of the "duels" it used to be in much of pre-season 3 LoL. Long range, spammable, early waveclear trivializes all mid matchups as it removes any notion of skill from what is already the safest lane in the game.
Waveclear in general is not bad, because you don't want people to have to sit in lanes in the end game. But "2 spell combo" waveclearers that can delete every wave starting sub minute 5 just lower the skill ceiling to the skill floor. And compress the design space for the entire lane.
