I picked Vikings for the faction yet i feel all vikings are boring, am i a traitor?

Do warlords have a slower recovery rate or dodge ability? I kept getting matched up with conquerors. and whenever they do their shield bash mix-up, my warlord was infinitely stunlocked, doesn't respond to dodge commands, and stance indicator stayed black and won't move, so I couldn't block incoming hits. This was the case regardless if I was back against a wall, or out in the open.

Am I missing something? Is warlord too fat? I thought it might be latency or input lag, but me and my opponents always had a good connection.

Vikings are the winners. They took 7 territories from us before the beta ended. That puts them at 25 and us at 18.

although a good peacekeeper will still fuck me up. Dem light attacks, literally too fast. You have to anticipate them to get anything done. If you can't parry a PK you can't damage them, but on reaction they're too quick. Especially with the zone to worry about mixed in.

SFV was a shit release, bad example and not an excuse. For Honor is good and clearly has care put in, but it needs balance and some more character variety. 4v4 should be able to 4 unique knights/samurai/vikings against each other. Just some different game modes, capture the flag, all out group brawls, mix it up a little, add modifiers for stuff.

Though honestly, I like fighting them (not the bleed); the super fucking quick attacks make them rewarding to deflect/parry. Feels intense and fun.

You know why? The final Peacekeeper I was fighting showed me why.

It's literally bugged right now.

Once you start bleeding, any bleed attack from a Nobushi, doesn't matter if you block it or dodge it, will refresh the bleed duration. It's a glitch and broken as fuck and needs to be patched.

It doesn't need to be nerfed, just bugfixed.

Nobushi does not need bleed. Peackeeper at least has the excuse of "Yeah well they need to get right up into an opponent's face and they're made of glass, so it's theoretically risky". Nobushi can bleed you from further away than any other attack range in the game. It's truly absurd.

Raider doesn't have terribly much going for him. The "best" he can do is deplete you of stamina with tosses and pommel bash, toss you, top heavy and then unblockable. If you try to parry the unblockable he'll just cancel, parry you and thus tossing you to the ground to repeat.

I'm really undecided on whether or not to buy it.
I almost exclusively played 1v1 arena and pretty much just 1 class. I know there's more content, but even with that, it's a glorified arcade game. I have no idea why it's supposed to have a campaign.

It feels like it should be a £20 ($25?) "arcadey" type game with no campaign, selling cosmetics.
Or a f2p game which sells cosmetics, xp boosts, RNG gear chests etc.

It doesn't feel like a £40 game to me. But I had a lot of fun with it. The 1v1 arena wasd actually some of the most fun I've had in a pvp game in years, and I'm usually top 10/20 in pvp orientated games.

There's also a lot of game issues, a lot of bugs (like the nobushi poison reapply bug) and shit straight up beign broken, or missing things (like a chatlog)

Seems way too iffy to be released in 3 days as a AAA title.
