For instance, here's a few things I learned for the first time in my last playthrough. You know how Kashiwagi never brings up what happened at the Amagi Inn to Yu? Turns out that's because she got fixated on Kanji and kept bringing him in for private conversations. Luckily, he was 2pure to understand.

Also, Bikers tried harassing Yosuke for riding his scooter, but then they recognized that he hangs with Kanji and hightailed it like a bunch of pussies and Naoki used to be friends with Yukiko in elementary school.

They really did. It still upsets me we never managed to make a compilation of all scenes, including all dialogue options since there are some fun bits in there.
Also the scenes you get when you go to Junes alone and can eavesdrop on IT members that you run into. I've only seen the Valentine's one with all girls and Yukiko talking with Kanji about bleaching her hair.
