How do I prevent this from happening? No seriously, why does the game make it seem like you can't actually get game over but then you get it after like 5 mission fails? I don't get it, please explain.
>>168058314
I didn't even know that could happen.
Are you extremely in debt when that pops up? If I had to guess, it's something to screw with people who are trying to get Human PLUS.
>>168058581
I don't even know man, I had like 11k before I started this mission which had like a 25k reward. I'm still completely new to this game series and struggling hard.
>>168058741
Well crap, man. I have no idea. Get a pulse gun to save on ammo costs and don't get hit?
>>168060905
Is AC3 really the best game to start the series? My main problem are the weirdass controls desu.
>>168058314
Which title is this in? Because, as >>168058581 said, in the older games, if you went far enough in debt, there was a sort of Game Over, where you got sent back to the very start of the game, but with 'cheats' turned on. Though, this looks PS2-era, which didn't actually have that included in it.
Otherwise, best option I can give you is just save-scum. Save after every mission. If you fail, just reload the save and try again.

I like to recommend 2, but the controls are slightly more awkward in that.
Nexus is the first to introduce a more workable control scheme, but I'll tell you right now that it's much harder to play the older games after getting used to Nexus controls than it is the other way around.

I can imagine. Is it a viable strategy to make a bulky as fuck AC with huge armor but fuckall mobility in AC3? I feel like every AC just flies around me and murders me while I can barely turn in time.

Yeah, it works. Repair bills are going to be higher, though.

Alright I'm gonna try that I think, thanks for the help!
