Certain aspects of Extra have been changed, but not retconned.

Hakuno chooses Saber Nero. Female Hakuno chooses Nameless Archer.
The events of Days 1-3 are unchanged.
Day 4 you fight some new guy and Tamamo Caster.
Tamamo breaks out of the arena like Arcueid and joins you after you defeat her. Fills the role of Rin/Rani.
Occasionally Nameless helps out.
CCC happens on Day 5ish. Nero forgets it, Tamamo remembers it.
Day 6, Rin and Rani are killed off. Leo loses to FemMC
Day 7 is MC vs. FemMC. MC mindmelds with her after he wins. They wander off to the Moon Core to beat Saver.
Nero kicks Tamamo off the Moon because she's a jealous cunt.
Beat Saver, save the world. Then the events of Extella's prologue happen.
