If you amp it up heal frequently when your team has taken damage you'll still get a good amount of healing done. I'm on speed 70% of the game and still manage to outheal mercy or ana some of the time

I've been noticing this a lot over the past 3 months or so honestly and thought about it some.
It's just people who enjoy playing easy mode, they want to go through all the ranks and stomp to get that feeling of superiority. Of course, because they're so good it doesn't last long before they're pushed right back into where they belong, but for that brief period they get to experience all the less skillful players than themself.

If you're about platinum or so you'll probably wind up not seeing them because straight from the get go you can jump straight into diamond within' an hour or less, but the scaling from diamond back to grandmaster takes more time.

I don't think it makes it any better because it's pretty much just the equivalent of bullying, but at the same time the system doesn't know who the fuck those people are since it's a new account so you can't blame the system just the people, and people are always shit.

People in diamond know the effects even the shittiest heroes can make. You can get a Hanzo who will do amazing shots with incredible accuracy, or a Genji who will take out supports and be untouched because he's a slippery weasel, and diamond players (and above) know there's the potential there and it's just about seeing if the person has it.

Platinum people strictly adhere to meta the best they can because they think doing so will make them climb above average-ness (Platinum) and into diamond (Effectively being out of "elo hell")
That or Platinum people are stupid, and Junkrat punishes exactly that, in the same as Roadhog.

I've been with platinums before, despite a junkrat spamming grenades down a hallway they will continue to walk through and try make it work and die trying.

Diamond or above just says "... lets walk around?"

The higher you go, not only do the better the players get, but generally the smarter their game sense gets too.
