Hey dbg, I just decided I wanted to play some DB/z/gt games recently. Beat Tenkaichi 3 and Infiniteworld since I loved Tenkaichis fighting and I never really messed with infinite world and ended up enjoying it.

I only played an hour of Xenoverse 1 at launch. Something about the game felt wrong. So far not much tells me XV 2 will be any better, is that true?

Did I not give XV the chance? I really like tenkaichis fighting system the most, to the point where most other DB games I don't play much at all since I just don't enjoy them. Does XV1 or XV2 feel like DBZT 1-3?

Side note. Do I need to watch super to enjoy XV1 or 2. I watched the initial run of DB-DBZ-DBGT growing up, but none since 2003 or so.

Honestly, after playing with it a bunch, I've realized that Time Skip doesn't actually need a buff.

It's not too difficult to hit, and when it does hit the damage is completely guaranteed.

Of course there's Dragon Fist, which is both much easier to hit and does way, way, way more damage, but Dragon Fist is just kinda really disgusting and also doesn't look as good.

That said I would like Time Skip a lot more if it didn't have the goofy-ass DONG sound at the end.

Actually, if you happen to be equipped with One-Handed Kamehameha, that lets you escape from it.

You still need the stamina and everything, but 99% of people only use Dragon Fist right before the opponent recovers their stamina so it works out for you.

I only learned of it a month or two ago when fighting Snoller online, where I saw One-Handed Kamehameha was still usable. I wasn't able to react in time to actually use it, though.

So basically, it PROBABLY works but I don't know. Whenever I get hit by it I either don't have the 300 ki or just don't have a preset with One-Handed Kamehameha.

You can mash vanish offline and escape it. Online, the vanish simply puts you back inside the dragon. It matters a lot. For some reason, when offline, you're forced to vanish at a very precise moment during the dragon.

Does the Ki Blast trick work offline? Fire a Ki Blast from far away and while it's in the air, do Dragon Fist.

Online, the game considers the Ki Blast as Draogn Fist hitting and the Dragon comes out and tracks the opponent.
