Hey, /neog/, quick question about Rhythm of Fighters

Back before it was delisted, I downloaded it onto my tablet.I managed to get it up and running, but I had to wipe and reformat it a month later, after the delisting. I managed to copy the data files over to my computer and back again, but the game wasn't able to recognise 'em, so it tries to download 'em again, problem being the server's dead.

So, my question is, does anyone have the game data for Rhythm of Fighters that I could use to get it working again, or is it dead in the water?

Forgot to ask, what did you use to copy the data files? I used helium/carbon to back mine up, but instead of just copying the data I backed up the install. It takes up more space, but combined with what I mentioned in my other post I've gotten it to work fine.

I was a bit naive at the time, so I just copied what was in the android data folder. I had to wipe it because I was switching from the prebuilt nook OS to Cyanogenmod, and I wasn't too sure on how its data system worked yet.

Maybe try googling "the Rhythm of Fighters.apk" You might be able to find it that way. 'Then download it and if you have your setting set to allow apps from the store it'll install. If you bought any DLC you might be out of luck, but if you're really lucky you might find a cracked version with the DLC. Beware though as it is the internet there's always a risk of viruses and shit.

Because if you were to somehow find it online it would need to be a 200+MB download iirc. At least that's what I think/I can't think of another way. Goddamn Cleopatra makes me diamonds and this is coming from a flat fag. Even her sprite is lewd. With the new characters they've introduced in Metal Slug Attack they have enough materials for at least a few games. That is if they ever amass the budget and talent to make a full fledged metal slug.

They easily have stuff for like at least 3 games and with the new units several branching paths. For example if they make a game that focuses on the Morden army depending on the path the player takes they can end up fighting Allen, or either of the new Morden Army girls. Same goes for another game if it focuses on the Ptolemaic Army and their new units. Also what with the new supernatural units there's potential for even more as well as with the other new units there's a huge potential for new POWs/helpers. Ofcourse without the budget or talent for it it's just another of my pipe dreams.

I do anon, and I'm love banter/commentary in Spanish, it's my favorite and I had one hell of a time watching the Peru qualifier. Not to knock on English commentary, it can be great, but the commentary in Spanish carries a different type of flavor. Closest thing I've seen in English to it was when realkim commentated part of that Vegas tourney and was chatting it up with the stream. Maybe English commentators like to be more professional and not quite as laid back as their Spanish speaking counterparts.

It's a nice game and it looks nice, but I agree with you. I think it might be in part due to non SNK fans playing CVS 2, seeing Rock Howard dood--> Rock Howard is from MotW--> MotW is the best game ever dood! If MotW was the best fuck tons of people would be buying it and it would be getting rehashes, rereleases and it'd be selling just as much as KoF (not saying KoF is personally it isn't even my favorite SNK series). I think a lot more people would've bought the ps4 port and still be playing it too, but look where we are. Just like with everyone dicksucking it and clammoring and bugging SNK for a sequel, and if they make it it won't meet sales expectations because half those people haven't even played SNK games. Even Oda has mentioned in an interview that he feels that they're obliged/obligated to make it since people keep asking for it.

For another example it's like Capcom's SF3 everyone praises and dicksucks third strike for how good it looks, and how technical it is, just like MotW, but when it came out no one gave a fuck about it.

I love the FF series, but I couldn't give less of a fuck about MotW, in my case it's because I don't really give a fuck about Rock. It may sound contrarian, but if there is a sequel I hope Terry beats some sense into him. I can almost guarantee that since he left with Kain he's going to end up doing some shit that Terry doesn't think is cool. Despite my disdain for Rock, I think totally different of one of the people behind him, Kuroki, he just like Oda and SNK in general has veen really cool throughout XIV's development and post release.

Can't believe I'm going to defend Rock, but try to look at it from his point of view. Your dad was a dick that pretty much pump and dumped your mom and he never really gave a crap about you. Yes, some of it was before the patch even came out. A few days before the patch came out several people started reporting improvements. My guess is that besides a bug there was something that went wrong on the server side too. Overall reports state that everything is much smoother.
