Well, it's not as simple as replacing single values with new, randomized ones. You'd have to keep track of the new classes for units and then rewrite a whole table. Which, as someone who knows how to program, isn't that difficult, so then they're probably just lazy.

Likely. Look up FE8 Nightmare modules and use the FE8 Palette Association Editor to add the correct class associations as new characters show up. However, there seems to be two different editors for some reason, and I don't know why. Only difference seems to be that Eirika and Ephraim have no entries for one of them.

Please, try it out and post about your experience. I'd like to know if it's really that easy, because a competent programmer could easily add that to a randomizer.
