People are saying Blood Moon will be, but I don't know... BM has the advantage of more satisfying auto sounds and just better sound effects in general, while HN has some particle effects that might be easier to see.

I still prefer Blood Moon's design and particle effects by a mile. High Noon needs a good chroma pack for me to reconsider it.Then again, some skin designs have their way causing their user to subconsciously lose or win team fights, so we'll see.

Just keep shooting your stupid melee lane opponent, and if they try to go in E out and throw a bird at them. Take Thunderlord's if they're not a straight tank, and fervor if they are. If the enemy team is tanky you can build black cleaver into botrk to just shred them.

The good part about Quinn is that if you get fed (which you should), EVERY lane can be 'your lane' if you choose. Just ult, roam, kill a guy.

It's good at what it does, the problem is that no role needs it. It's only really built as like 3rd or 4th MR item on tanks and that just doesn't happen.
Technically the item is there so you can avoid getting picked of but tanks already have better items and squishies can't afford to waste a slot on no damage.
The passive CD should go down now that we have meme's edge taking even the little use it had previously

I recommend binding attack move key to something like space bar and watching some YT videos on animation cancelling auto attacks (essentially making your auto attacks about 15-25% faster)
Learning combos will help as well like cancelling throwing windslash animation out and a knockup Q at the same time. Really fun once you learn her. I've never had such heart racing moments in a game before I learned her.
There's just a lot of room to destroy and outskill opponents. Probably why she attracts poisonous players.

Most of the time you try to pick off people who are out of position or use team to start a fight while you flank from the side or back to try and get to the squishies. If both people in matchup are more or less equal in skill, counterpicks are much worse in low elo because players don't know how to lose gracefully, and their teammates don't know how to play/draft around a losing matchup.
