Sorta. Bodyslide itself can't do profiles like that, but you could set up separate folders with different bodies using Mod Organizer and swap between them as you please.

As for player exclusive bodies, the simplest way to do that is Custom Races. This mod adds duplicates of the base races that are exclusive to you, and so you can use whatever textures or body mods you want on them without affecting NPCs.

My installation of Wyre Bash crashes on startup. And by that, I mean I can't even look at my load order or run the program. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but there's no error message or anything. Even the debug program crashes when I try to start it up.
It's only with Skyrim's version too. Oblivion's Wyre Bash runs fine.
Normally I wouldn't mind but I'd like to rebuild my cache and can't really do that without wyre bash.
