Replace MF with Ashe. MF requires you to actually position yourself well to ult people. With Ashe you literally just right click people and go afk because they can't fight you because you crit by default and they can't run because they're permaslowed.

K6 is probably the most brain dead freelo jungle right now. I played Kha for the first time the other day. The enemy Draven had like 10 kills at 15 minutes from my bot lane. After farming the whole time previously I come into the lane and kill him easily with isolated Qs.

Quinn top is pretty brain dead. She is basically a more useful Teemo, who already counters mostly all top laners. Just auto attack people so they go under tower, if they initiate just Q and E and kill them, if you get ganked just E away.
