Okay maybe I should have reworded that. There's nothing wrong with MO and I've used it for years. I'm just now using a mod which attaches collision to HDT objects using edits in nif files. The files I downloaded assume a standard skyrim installation so if I wanted to get them working with MO I'd have to manually re-edit dozens of lines using nifskope with MO's mod paths in mind.

It's just easier for me to switch to wyrebash as it's something I've been wanting to do for a while now anyway.

if you're using MO just install DSR and leave the folder ticked and disable the esp. as long you have the meshes active in the folder, AGU will detect it and use the shields on back and dual sheath meshes when you equip them, no need to manually put files in the all geared up folder

Facelight only covers the face, rail light can cover the entire body and areas around you. It even has a "face" option that kinda lights up half the body and not just the face.

Plus facelight has dark and normal, while raillight has high, low, dim, medium, epic and various other degrees.

Raillight gives you a bunch of different body/scene lighting options. The main one is full body light, pretty much from head to toe. And it's more of a cool color.
Facelight is a warm color and only shows on the face really.

You should keep both.

When I attempted to create Ava, I noticed several things wrong with my own follower. Not only had I sent Ra the wrong preset, I also sent the wrong textures for her brows, eyes, hair, and makeup. She's since been redone - and now all that's left is to edit her skeleton, and maybe her voice and weight. If I have the time and find the drive, I may include a short hair alternative wig, but besides that she'll be done and final.

Pretty ded, no surprise considering how early it is. In bored I downloaded a mod Heiko told me about awhile ago. Pirates of the North, it apparently adds a few small towns/slums around Skyrim, docks and quests too apparently. If this doesnt conflict with any other town mods this might get added to the recommendation list. This one town alone has got me impressed.

After being told to stop using NMM, I've been learning2mod since fucking Thursday Even took the day off school today

I did MO, sorted everything with LOOT, cleaned ITMs and UDRs with TES5Edit, created a merged patch, re-sorted with LOOT, created a Bashed patch, REsorted with LOOT, re-ran FNIS, sorted my ENB settings...

Do I need to do anything else now or can I start my quest for zombie rape and crashes due to insufficient VRAM lol?

Also a quick question about the bashed patch: It came up with a box that mentioned something to do with deactivating some esps (Chillrend replacer, No Pause Between Lines, one of the SMIM esps) i.e right before it started making the patch, and now they aren't activated in the MO window. Do I leave them as-is or do I need to do anything with them?

Should be good, but before starting your serious game play a bit to see if you're not crashing and all.

Just started a new game for the first time since 2014. However, it crashes seemingly randomly after 5 minutes or so. My MemoryBlocksLog looks okay.

No, it's definitely 7BO. He just adjusted here and there on certain pieces to better fit the looks. A bit extra push-up here, some deformation there. A lot of stuff that doesn't translate to building them in a different body in UUNP, for instance.

Also keep in mind that the bodies UUNP puts out aren't 100% the same as the originals if they were done in, say, Blender or the like. More like 98-99%, so you'll only notice if you're using mix'n'match stuff like Nise's stuff, where some is the original and some was built in BS. Original UNPB, for instance, has an ever so slightly different curve than the UUNP version, which is why Ylfa's breasts will always be better than Feyrenziah's, even though I have her using UNPB and Ylfa's modified skeleton.

I did a comparison outside of the game, in nifskope, and the body Ylfa's packaged with/regular UNPB plucked from the original UNPB page has a gentler (and I think nicer) slope to it on top while the UNPB I built using UUNP was ever so slightly more rounded. Might just be based off of a later version of UNPB, though, if there are any. The rest I can totally see as different weighting, though. It's all just ever so slight clipping or floating here and there.
