Its very easy to outspeed a sword deck as blood if you get the right curve though.
And dropping two yurius on turn 4 means that the enemy sword cant evolve floral or white paladin unless they're feeling suicidal. You'd have to remove the two Yurius first before flooding the board and spend the turn doing that instead.

Dont even have to drop them on turn 4, if the enemy's response to a turn 2 yurius is a novice lancer then you can just remove the ward and keep yurius alive til they hit their evolve and even drop more as a special service. You have to play stuff like Blitz lancer and try to be more aggressive instead of trying to wall yourself in and clenching your buttcheeks.

The point is if that card was able to do that without evo it'd be ridiculous. It's stats are on point, the effect is incredibly solid and it's still worth playing when it's not optimal. Spectral Wizard doesn't even get the standard +2/2 it only gets +1/1. Clarke gets far too much value when he's played on even two cards and if he's played on less he's still a strong follower to play on curve.

It's because they pushed discard dragon too hard instead of generally improving the craft when it's going to be an inherently flawed deck due to low deck value.

What I mean by that is if the deck in its current form were to face up against a fatigue deck, they would have such a skewed and disfavorable matchup beyond the likes rowen vs luna or luna vs eris.

You can either add another white, Amelia, Cyclone, and two Avant Bladers, or you can add two Jeno, a Cyclone, and two Fangblades if you want to be more aggressive.

This is assuming you don't have any more Legendaries. Don't use evo on white unless you have to because there's so much out there that can clear a board of 1/1's.

Alwida is fine, but it would 'take up' Frontguard General's spot. If you prefer double body ward + storm instead of single body ward x 2 then that's your call.

That looks okay. You can tweak it more later as well if you find something isn't as consistent as you like or you aren't getting the success you wanted. If you really want that FF back then you could just do white paladin as a 1 card tech. Avant's in there to help you with your hand after mid game. Either it'll give you cheaper followers to pad until late, or it'll pull fangblade/tsubaki if you don't have them yet. Either way it'll thin the deck for your high rollers at the expense of T5 if on curve, but at that point people are trading evos or getting ready for their T6 plays anyways so at least it gets +2/+2 on evo. If the board is safe to play it on T5 then you can, otherwise if your hand is healthy Albert and Aurelia are there.

I'm experimenting with taking out Maid leader. Being 1/1 just feels like such a dick punch whenever I play it even it it gets me a commander. Slows the deck down a lot though.

Earth rite is like fanfare: consume an earth sigil on board and do what the text explains.

If there's no Earth Sigil on board when you play Sun Oracle Pascale, she won't do anything at the end of turn, even if you play an Earth Sigil after playing Pascale.

Earth Rite is like a fanfare that activates when it consumes an Earth Sigil (which function as amulets on the field and are created by a bunch of different cards/spells). If you have no Earth Sigils when the card is played then the Earth Rite effect doesn't activate.

Also evolving bahamut the turn you play him is silly. There's nothing to rush him into and it just makes you more susceptible to the card getting axed and you're out an Evolve for nothing.

Face forte with ramp, already have 3x forte, should I use 3x eyfa or 3x seabrand for the other storm playset?
Currently using 3x eyfa but her 7 enhance play cost for 4/3 doesn't really seem as good as seabrand's 5pp 4/4 since everyone is carrying removal so eyfa tends to get removed too easily.
So if you're going to play a 7 cost eyfa anyways playing seabrand will give you 2 more pp to play around with and seabrand will actually be able to survive 3 pp remove cause of his 4 def. Thoughts?

That's why I haven't replaced Maid yet. I'm not satisfied with it but I don't know what to replace it with. You could switch Monikas for Aurelia nad Albert if you get more. Jeno for FF is a good trade because 4/3-6/5 can trade with most anything with or without evo, and they'll put just as much effort into getting past him as they would wiping a 2/2 and a 1/1.

Everyone having AoE removal is why I changed to control. At least then your entire game isn't gone if they clear your board (thrice...) since you aren't rushing to put everything down early on to get face damage.
