She's one of the final bosses of an order for a reason. Her event flat out says that she's a stupid heroic spirit with nothing going for her except an absurd amount of power. She's strong, but she's still flawed in ways.

I think CM says she's less powerful after her event however, since she let go of a bit of her hatred. One of her Avenger skills is a bit less after Orleans. Avengers are as strong as the hatred they have.

Avengers have some broken skills regardless though. It took heroes working together to beat her, and her being able to control dragons is also dangerous.

As a video game, gameplay is typically at the forefront, yes. And if it's the characters, it's about the same as both Extra games. Tamamo is still second banana as always, Nero is ultra queen of everything, and the plot is convoluted even by Fate standards. Very little has changed, except certain aspects were cranked up a level or two. I suppose for the like 1.5 Sakura/BB fans out there, having her just vanish into thin air is disappointing, but hey, what can you do.
