I've been farming the vampire pirates related to the world quest for a while now, they respawn pretty quickly and you can easily pull 10 of them at once.

The spot is located in the water between The Runewood and Greywatch, for any anons that want to farming with me.

XP does not scale down, Turn-ins and WQ are rewarding massive XP.

RAF perks work

Lv 8's cannot pick up the WQ's, assuming you have to be the zone's level (at least 50)

Low levels cannot do the turn in quests

Expect a huge upswing in Elixirs of rapid mind and all the meat selling out on your server (If you have a trading post and GR to burn, buy Clefthoof meat)
