Got a slim for Christmas and gave my old one to my brother.
The only complain I have is a very specific and picky one. I am very sensitive to sound, and when starting up a game the plastic casing makes popping noises as it's expanding from the heat. It's nothing bad and it ceases after about 20 minutes. That's the only problem I've had with my slim.

The Last Guardian already runs like shit on the Pro. Nioh is 720p/60fps compared to 1080p/60 fps on the pro, nier automata is 900p on the slim and 1080p with better AA and everything on the pro. Games will definetly use the pro from now on out.

It's the stage you just did, but harder. New enemies, more yokai, boss has an extra move. That sort of thing. You'll be a little underleveled for it, but it should be okay.

So, same as before. Just summon an ochoko cup at the first shrine. If you want to quit the duel, check your inventory for a himorogi branch to exit the mission. If you don't have one, there's a himorogi fragment you can use, but you'll use your amrita.

Level 31 and the required level for the twilight mission is 25. Like Souls, equipment matters more than level really does. Although putting a few points into spirit to get Fuse-ushis +200 life goes a long way.

I played a lot of the alpha and beta though. Probably around 60-80 hours in total. This has been the easiest stage with the easiest boss so far for me. Once you know to stay right up close to her, the fight gets a lot easier.

Did you play the alpha or beta? The big guy we fought in the corner area near the last shrine was the boss of the first level in the other demos of you didn't know.

This was my first test, I went in thinking it would be like Bloodborne, I was wrong. Equipment is pretty crazy to me so far. I feel like I picked up a lot more than what shows up in my inventory during that run, though. Even with the gear from the Twilight mission, Muneshige will still be a tough fight. I really couldn't give any advice for it other than abuse the rock. After that, you could start a new game and test out a different build and try it on your own. I was using Ninjitsu which were those huge bombs you saw me use sometimes. Try to use ki pulse often, especially to get rid of yokai pools.

Take some time to look through the learn skills tree and find some cool stuff you like. The blacksmith has some nice stuff too that you should check out. Reforging and Soul forging mostly.

As long as you're fine with how games like Ico and Shadow of the Colossus control, TLG is good. Great atmosphere and it has a nice pace for something so linear without too many cutscenes--also doesn't hold your hand. If nothing else, you should play just to see how incredible Trico is.

My biggest complaints about the game were the framerate on standard PS4 at launch (don't know if it's fixed now), the camera, and the ridiculously hard platinum trophy.

If the Pro is in budget, get it. If it's a dealbreaker because you need the extra $100 for games, leave it. If you're going for exclusives the Pro is better. For example, Nioh runs at 720p 60fps on the base model, with the Pro even if you don't have a 4k TV, you get 1080p@60fps with better texture resolution and supersampling. NieR will be the same, except it's 900p on the base. It's all preference really, but to me I got a Pro at xmas becuse $100 was only really two games I could wait for.

I just beat the twilight ogress and didn't get any further unlock notifications so it does seem that normal ogress is enough to get mask, makes sense anyway
Also i just discovered there's a ninjutsu now which revives you on death with about 20% hp, shit is pretty helpful. It does have a timer but it's fuckhuge, like 5 minutes at least

Last trophy I need for Uncharted 4 is the one where you have to get through chapter 13 & 14 without killing anyone, and I've done it several times but it never pops, so I followed this guide, and it still didn't pop even though it said I have zero kills. I backed up my saves and deleted everything but the game clear save but when I get to step 5, there no longer is a chapter select option, meaning I can't continue.

Anyone have any advice on dealing with/understanding the ps4 save system? I just want my fucking plat but this is driving me nuts
