I think I remember someone talking about how the Evil Queen turning the Mirror evil/able to fight was different in the English and Japanese version. Where in the English one she threw a magic potion and the Japanese version she used darkness or something. It actually makes sense that she'd use a magic potion because that's what she deals with. She had all sorts of magic potions and spellbooks that she used to turn herself into an old witch. I think I'm also fine with it since I remember there was a Disney villain game that involved having to use her potions/spellbooks to fix some evil magic concoction she made.

So I'm experiencing a major bug. Claimed the HD Aqua medal on login. Got 2 more off the event board. Went to my inventory to discover that there is only 2 in there. The same thing happened with the daily nova challenge. Had 5 Hayner 6* medals in my inventory, got 2 more from the event but when I entered my inventory I only had 6. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Nevermind, I made my own version. The hair isn't accurate but trust me when I say it's the best you can get without it looking bad. I'm thinking about changing the eyes a little bit (better iris) and still need to make her second outfit.

Since the HS creator is meant to be more realistic (at least it wants to be) it's not easy to find the best mix between "as close to the original as possible" and "be more original so it doesn't look terrible". I'm not a fan of recreating already existing characters in general since most of the time they just don't look close enough but I guess it was worth the try.

Does anyone else feel like Aqua's reflect guard in 0.2 is just complete garbage? I don't feel like it comes out nearly fast enough, and I hate that I can't break from some parts of the combos to use it.

I got mine at launch, it's my only PS4 ever, and I've had no troubles. I don't have 4k and don't plan on it so I've been playing on the enhanced 1080p modes. The only games that did have troubles had them on the 4k modes, and the only ones that had a problem on 1080p was R&C for a handful of days, TLoU for about a week (Dropped from 60 FPS on unlocked to 56ish or something), and I believe Tomb Raider had problems but I have no clue if they fixed that yet though they probably did.

Any games that had trouble (Watch_Dogs 2, Deus Ex Mankind Divided, The Last of Us Remastered, and Dishonored came to mind) already got patches to address the issues within a handful of days from release. Hardware issues seem few and far between from what I've seen, though there were people who had disk read errors and the original firmware update bricked a handful of systems.

The system runs as quiet as my Wii U, and you only ever hear it make sound for three minutes when loading up a game or sticking in a disk due to the install or checking it, otherwise it's dead silent. It runs pretty hot though, so don't leave it in a confined space. My 360 is definitely far louder and hotter than it though.

All future games are taking advantage of the system and there's already a point to be made with games like The Last Guardian and Kingdom Hearts running far better on Pro software even at 1080p than the base model. If it's your first PS4 then just save up some more money for the Pro.

If you're in it for the gameplay, it's really best to start at the beginning of the series. KH1 might be a bit jarring to get into if you play the others first. It's not unplayable like some memers will have you believe, but it is a 2002 video game so keep that in mind.

Early in χ[chi]'s life, Nomura had an interview where he teased that the Unions had different goals and beliefs, but wouldn't elaborate.

After Back Cover, I think that these weren't meant to be mission statements of the Unions, but how the Foretellers would eventually take things.

It felt weird, the way the War just sort of happened at the end. But Back Cover makes it make sense.

Up until that point, all the Unions were cooperating to collect the Lux, but after Gula resolves to summon Kingdom Hearts, the Unions start to compete, which leads to heated encounters like at the fountain, and eventually the War.

As far as how you joined a Union and why, I don't think there's a concrete reason. That's probably why you're presented with no information about the Union or your Foreteller, because it doesn't matter at the beginning.
The only reason there are separate Unions in the first place is because the Master deemed it so.

In a game set after kh3, maybe. Otherwise I'm pretty sure Terra will be physically the same as he was in Bbs if he is ever brought back. Not to talk about Ven since the shota is apparantly older than Xehanort now.

Anyway, it's unsure how much of Terra's heart was in Terranort since he seems to also exist in LW. cue the Terra/Namine event that lead to Aqua and him talking in 2.8.

Defeating Xemnas and Ansem brought back the real Xehanort. Terra is still MIA as far as we know (?) and maybe that's because we haven't yet defeated his heartless. I'd dig it if LW turned being Terra's heartless all along.
