What mods go well with Requiem?
I want to get a "survival in the north with dangers around every corner" kind of experience with hardcore combat, planning and actual punishment for going in the wrong direction. I take it Requiem pretty much have everything in, but I want to enhance it even further.
Immersion tab on tesg looks quite fun, are mods there requiem-compatible? Anything I should consider having aside from that?
Any good lore-friendly fashion\weapons mods?

I never modded skyrim before, and there are so many mods I just don't know where to look aside from tesgeneral

I saw a suggestion here for non-dragonborn characters to use "You are not the dragonborn". That's well and all, worked fine, up to now. I went to an older character that wasn't just the dragonborn, he's supposed to be Hjalti himself (or rather, his reincarnation, since I can't go back in time). I can still shout but I can't absorb souls or read word walls. I removed the mod from the load order and I can hear the sound effect of an unread wall, but I still can't read it (and see this weird thing from the mod, having all 3 dragon texts overlapping). Wat do?

I remembered something about gaining a power at the start of the game, that let you be the dragonborn or not. I didn't see that power and I assumed that since I had already a bunch of dragon souls and known shouts, it automatically selected that I was. Apparently, that power was part of another mod and I was a dipshit. Doesn't explain why it would persist after removing YANTDb. Anyway, off to wait a couple of weeks
