My dream game would be something like the Atelier series mixed with Recettear and God Eater with a mix of optional town-building.
>Create a family (Blood-related / Marriage bond / etc.) and use this family name to create custom characters.
There will be three main branches for gameplay:
>Hunting -- The hunting game portion which relies on going out and actively killing small / large / titan monsters while foraging for things in-between hunts (One character)

>A hunter + merchant will be capable of acquiring rarer materials more easily
>A craftsmen + craftsmen will be capable of specializing in multiple branches (up to 3) while using less materials for crafting
>A craftsmen + hunter will be able to craft things with unique effects
>A craftsmen + merchant will be capable of making items that sell way above their normal worth
>A merchant + hunter will be capable of selling their wares at a (significantly) higher price during haggling
>A merchant + craftsmen would be capable of buying items or raw materials from other merchants for a (significantly) cheaper price
>A merchant + merchant becomes a mayor -- townbuilding and managing multiple shops while dealing with public requests (boosts popularity when completed)

All with the capability of being super cute and lewd lolis the entire time.

Card didn't come till today but I got Soul Sacrifice, Uncharted, Little King's Story Persona 4, Jak 1 and Ratchet 3.

Only bought Ratchet and Persona at £3.50 each.

Also have Resi 1,2 and 3 which is probably where most of my time will go though.

The calendar system and school setting do make them look pretty similar at first, yeah. But I'd say they handle them both very differently.

P4 uses them more as game mechanics, as you manage your time and school social life. While in CS, they're pretty much entirely framing devices for the story.

I'm conflicted as to who I should start playing with, because I bought the PS3 version and went with Stella, got to the final boss but didn't finish it. Doing them one after the other is unlikely for me as I'll feel burnt out after the first probably, that's why I haven't done Escha's story yet.

Lotte. She's pretty much the real only main character. Unlike Escha and Logy Stella just felt like she was there to copy the dual mechanic. 99% of the story all relates to Lotte, her town, nother, friends, etc.

Stella's overall plot was stupid and almost didn't exist. All to save her shitty village which not only do you not save you don't even ever go to, care about, or involves the main plot line.

I tried the demo of the original way back when that was first available and didn't really like it then, but after that I've played Freedom Wars and God Eater 2RB so maybe I'll understand it better this time. Why not try out the demo first? Although, speaking from personal experience, I didn't like Toukiden at all the first time I played it on the PSP and neither when I tried out the demo. Only when I bought it and gave it a real try at understanding it, did I really end up loving Toukiden. By the way, it's that time of game that gets a lot better as you play since you unlock more stuff to customize your build.

Poetically and metaphorically, Twilight in fiction relates to the ending of something/It's final hours. In the case of Twilight Land/Sky/Ocean, it's the world itself that's coming to an end. The characters are just in the middle of it long after it started so no one really knows.

EschatoLogy also directly releates/fits the theme as well.

Plus all the music tracks, artworks,etc all use Twilight. (Which is what Tasogare mean). The NA side pussied out because in america you can be sued for retarded reasons.

Not exactly. Dusk itself is actually just one of the phases of Twilight.

Visually in the real world, a Twilight sky is the remaining light you see in the world after the sun itself has already set. aka, darker orange and purple skies. Which is what matches the world aesthetic in Escha and Logy and the others art works.

Dusk is in the final stages when it's basically about to turn full dark. Which their world hasn't reached it since it's dying, but not entirely dead. (Yet)

Translation wise, Tasogare is Twilight, just that in the west they some times use Dusk for some reason. (Caused confusion with .hack//Legend of the Twilight Bracelet in olden days)
