That usually happens with every new game. Once FE Switch comes out it'll be the one most people will talk about while Fates will fade into the background. Awakening is brought up less often now, usually only either in comparison to Fates, Tharja/Lucina, the latter often being more Smash related, and complaining about it.

Even in Fates threads where it's just waifu stuff people still spend a lot of time criticizing aspects of it. Admittedly the other side is trying to be more vocal just to drown them out but still. And it's this *war that I'm talking about.

Super Robot Taisen Original Generation has all original characters and mechs, so you don't need to watch mecha anime to have an idea whats going on. It's a really good game, probably one of the best on GBA. However, it and FE are two different kinds of strategy game, to the point where SRW feels more like a turn-based Tower Defense game.

Give it a try. There's nothing saying you can't enjoy both games.

At best, we know for a fact Pair Up is gone. Likely to stay faithful to the original. From this we can also assume that kids, marriage, My Castle, and Avatars are gone too, again because they don't want to steal focus from Alm.

Supports weren't in Gaiden but they might come back (at least more likely than kids), albeit in a more limited form than Awakening/Fates.

The speedy localization time (one month) can be attributed to not only the growing popularity of the series, but the striking suspicion that it has much less dialogue to translate overall than Fates. It's a side-project by the B-team while the ISIS A-team works on FE Switch, but it's a damn good B-team project nonetheless.

Something is off about Celica's lips and I don't know why. It looks like she's a middle aged woman who got plastic surgery.
