the thing that bugs me about the wiki is that with the way they ignore tmrs, I don't think there's going to be anyone above Luneth and Lightning since they have the best tmr baked in. pretty sure someone like Orlandu will be ranked lower than them purely because of the way they rate

I agree with what you're saying on the whole, but I'm not suggesting that tmr should affect the unit's actual ranking. I would like it if they only mentioned it as a note like pic related. It only takes one tmr (however rare it may be) to put the units on equal footing for comparison, and I don't like that without mention of it even great units will get ranked lower than Lightning and Luneth for not innately learning Dual Wield.

I would assume he already has a Cecil at 6* that he's been using. LB requires more exp when the character is at a higher rarity, so it's fastest to keep your Cecil at 3* until you max out his LB, than bring him to 4* and do it again, and so on.

Because the special event Noel has a provoke move that also reduces the dmg he takes by 50%. Cecil's thing is that he is tanky as heck and he can cover allies with a 75% dmg reduction, but he can only cover 1 ally a turn. Noel can force enemies to attack only him and takes only 50% dmg from them.

Thing is AoE can still hit Noel's teammates, and Cecil can cover AoEs, but the random nature of his cover means he might cover Lightning while Refia gets a face full of death.

When I join up in raids as a member, I get pretty bad lag spikes that will sometimes show the entire team as dead (when they really aren't). You could just try to host a raid and see how things will go. Stamina isn't consumed until there is a victory, so there's always that too.

W Black with his best spell being Flare kinda does make him trash tier among mages. His banner is more notable for Firion/Leonhart/Guy than himself. He's likely to get global exclusive abilities to try and fix his terribleness.

Bluestacks ran RK like shit relatively speaking, and I had a hard time getting BE to work on it. MEmu ran both well.
