No, he didn't. At the beginning of TW1 Salamandra steals witcher secrets. To complete the task of recovering them more efficiently Geralt, Eskel and Lambert all head to different parts of the North to look for info about Salamandra. Geralt heads to Vizima, Triss also heads there, while Lambert sets for Kaedwen. Lambert is not even in Vizima, and he would never delay or prolong his trip, risking witcher secrets just so he can have sex with Triss, who he never had a particularly good relationship with anyway.

The footprints that can be seen in Triss’ house in Vizima and allegedly belong to Lambert are first visible when Geralt wakes up in Triss’ bed, after falling unconscious during his battle with Azar Javed and The Proffesor and getting teleported there by Triss. It’s not like Geralt barges unannounced through the door of Triss’ house and says hello. It is clear that he has been unconscious for some time, and even if we assume that Lambert was there, he would never have to sneak through the window, he could just casually walk out the front door, since there is no threat of Geralt catching him in the act, which Lambert’s story implies.

Another thing, Triss was busy teleporting Geralt, so she can’t really have sex with Lambert at the same time. Unless Triss and Lambert have a fetish for fucking next to Geralt’s unconscious body, it makes little sense. At best they could have caught Lambert masturbating alone in Triss’ house, forcing him to jump through the window in shame.

Lambert mentioning Triss’ scars is more to provoke Yen, which is implied by the camera showing her take a large sip after he mentions it. It is also in line with his personality, and Triss did spend a fair amount of time in Kaer Morhen and Lambert was even present when she told the story about her participation in The Sodden battle, so him knowing about her scars is nothing unusual.

Sure, what Triss did was certainly bad, but to her defense, she believed they were acting for the greater good. Also, the Lodge would have done what they wanted anyway, Triss had no authority over Philippa or any power to stop her. However, she behaved like a weak betraying coward in that scene and for that she is at fault.

But as with most characters from YW things aren't simply black and white. Triss has also done some good things in the books. She was helpful with Ciri at KM, did all in her power and when she realized a more powerful person is neede, she told Geralt to sek Yen out, despite knowing they will probably get back together. Triss also saved Geralt's life on Thanedd, dragging him half dead and begging Tissaia to teleport him. She also voted in favor of letting Cirir meet with Geralt on the Lodge meeting and in Rivia, she came back, saved Yen and stood up for her friends, even Yen praised her and the books suggest in the end that she ended up growing as a person and overcoming her cowardice, to the point of going down in history as venerable Triss. In the books Triss is presented as a weakling, a naive and insecure person but never as evil.

And since we are also talking about the games, the development she shows there shouldn't be ignored. Triss finally stood up to the Lodge and took Geralt's side, which is very significant considering her unquestioned loyalty to them before. It shows the growth that was hinted in the last book. Without the Lodge commanding her, the true nature of her ideals starts to show and we can see that she genuinely wants to help the mages, selflessly sacrificing herself when she could have easily went into hiding like the rest of her colleagues. Triss also saves Geralt life several times in the games(Javed fight, Adda's attack, Salamandra base invasion, at Flotsam) and helps find and protect Ciri, where she again sacrificed herself and was ready to endure torture to help Geralt. Triss more than redeems herself imo.
