Here's a spitball McCree change.

Shift has a reduced cool down based on what McCree's status is when he uses it.

Base cool down: 2 seconds.
Cool down is increased by 1 for every bullet McCree reloads with Combat Roll.

Example: You do two shots at an enemy, but they turn on you so you tumble to cover. Cool down = 4 seconds.

This change could make McCree a little more mobile and make him a little more interesting to play.

In the Blizzard fashion, let's overbuff and say it can refresh the cool down on Flashbang, but the 10 seconds get added to combat rolls CD.

How do I git gud at this game? I keep just getting stomped by these experienced teams at level 10; every time I die it makes sense, but I just had to attack against two good teams and there was literally NOTHING we could have done to get through their defense.

I think his ult needs some QoL fixes too, but I wanted to think about something else in his kit. As it is the combat roll is just a faster reload with a cool down. I try to use it evasively, and it works in most situations but it's not great when it's on cool down and I didn't even reload my gun.

As for fixing his ultimate, I'm of the opinion that it shouldn't be blocked by barriers. It would be more threatening if people had to find physical cover to stop it.

But I really dig the idea of it building damage quicker if there are less people in his LoS. It would make it a cool 1v1 winner.

As it stands, if there's a Rein, Winston, D.va, Zarya, Mei, or Genji on the enemy team you may as well never use it.

You need to be away from your turret or her pepperguns will hit both the turret and you.

Takes ~5secs to kill, in that time you can pump 4-5 rightclicks into her mech's butt and take off ~400hp
