My setup is hawk's eye with 4* isos, max def pen 4th gear. Obelisk is GBI, crit rate, 140% damage increase proc. GBI seems pretty important, first time I tried her was on corvus in WB and she kept getting guard broken during her 6* laser.

Save these guys for as late as possible, they will solo floors easily.
Elsa - Raccoon bosses or Female stages 9+
Enchantress - any Blast floor
Moonknight - High Hero/Male with phys lead 9+
Carnage - Any Villain clear 11+
Dr Strange - Any floor thanks to debuff.
Ironheart should be able to clear any Blast floor especially the Hulk Rumbles if you're stuck (12-14)

The rest
Sif/Blingpin Floor 1
Loki/Clea/Hype should be able to solo Uni Relays 2-5
Hellstorm should be able to clear Hero/Male 9-12, struggles without backup if you need him for Uni Relay thanks to Ghost Riders fire immunity.
YJ on a Blast/Villain stage 7-10
Sharon Rogers on Female 9/11 or Blast clear without Phys reflect
Songbird on Blast Relay 7/8 or Female 9/11 with Energy% Lead
Satana can do the Female 9/11 same as Hellstorm for Relay clear.
Silk can do Speed Relays on 2/6-8, female clears and I've had luck with Raccoon bosses

Ghost Rider I've struggled to find use with personally, so many Fire immune bosses/stages.
No experience with Spider Man/Black Widow/Green Goblin but some Anons praise them well. Could probably combo for early speed relay/rumble.
Thor I've not used either, probably a combo here with Hellstorm or Satan for a Uni Relay
My Ironfist is T1 and just sucks pretty sure he needs T2 to be viable.

Black Panther/Black Bolt are worth being in your story farm, though they're a longterm fix.
A13 can do well if you learn her 5* cancelling trick. Also heard good things from people using Lincoln.
Not Story but White Tiger/Wiccan are useful too.

Reposting my Medusa ""review""

I advanced Medusa to T2 yesterday and my first impressions say her T2 should be either 'not worth it' or 'so-so.'

I used Medusa (L) + BB + Cap on floor 21 Venom boss. It took ~2 mins to complete. Not exactly a quick clear but it was easy and she took ZERO (0) damage; Venom's attacks are quite slow so that could explain it. It was only against one enemy so I'm feeling inclined to say she wouldn't perform well against multiple, probably not even against two unless you get them bunched up together or trapped in a corner.

ISO set is PoAH (all 6*) with no obelisk. OD is probably the preferred set due to the Crit Rate/Dmg bonuses to synergise with her T2 boost to All Crit Rate and her 3 skill which buffs her regular Crit Rate. Used her in Co-Op, got around 48k DPS under her own leadership which is pretty average, especially for someone at T2. Perhaps a dmg increase obelisk would be ideal for her.

Her skills are tricky since I didn't get a real 'flow' but an ideal rotation could be something like open with 3 immediately cancel into -> 4 -> 2 -> 1 -> 5 -> repeat, or open with 5 into 3 and follow the same rotation. The 3 skill with the immunity should always be cancelled into other skills. The 1 skill is an iframe so that's why I suggest using it between the immunity expiring as you switch into the 5 skill which is also another iframe. The 2 skill has some cc in form of bind which should also be used towards the end of the immunity to keep them locked down in case something goes wrong when the immunity expires and you are left vulnerable. ALWAYS use the 4 skill after cancelling the 3, it's a pretty long skill and isn't a full iframe so taking advantage of the immunity cancelling should keep you safe while attacking.

It's super important to have max SCD on her otherwise you're going to be experiencing a lot of downtime with her skills due to cancelling the 3 skill early, maybe even times where all skills are on cooldown and you'll have to either kite or tag out.

Overall, mid-tier DPS, decent kit, not going to do much in WB, AB, BW or TL but gets the job done in SL with her cc, iframes and immunity. She's a solid character at T1, not top tier but also not bottom tier and her T2 doesn't do much to elevate her. In a class with so many top tier characters, it's hard to justify T2ing her over some of the other Universals.

By saying 'she's not going to do much in WB' I'm not saying she can't clear WB - she can, just not as well as many other characters can. I just used Medusa (L) + BB + Spidey to clear Thanos with T1 strikers.

I don't regret T2ing her and only did so because I have enough T2s to allow for 'luxury T2s' (and I like the character) so I would say she's not a priority for those looking for their next T2.

TL;DR - NOT A MEME, she's solid mid-tier, not really worth taking to T2, only shines in SL, I T2'd her because I followed my _dick_.

Rulk doesn't need T2 to put in some work on early SL floors. The heals from his new passive and new uni and the immunity on his new 3 skill are enough to keep him alive a la T2 MK. His leadership buffs himself for damage. But you need a good obelisk with rr + fire dmg + inv proc.

Sif, carnage and MK are finally at t2 what other combat memes should I grind at least to *6?

The point anon is making in so few words is that if you want to better your cards is to farm cards that are like the ones you have. eg Loki, build a better Loki through ranking and changing options until it's actually better than you current. Yes, you've got a couple rare ones so it'll be hard to have another CW3 or Shaner, but better to deal with the devil you know than the one you don't.

Again, don't just reroll your equipped cards, you could end up with a shitstick in your ass waiting to build another card to *6 just reroll again, while in the meantime you'd've been better off with a not so great card than a shit one.

I could be wrong but with the MU cover alternate she got that was done in collaboration with MFF suggests she'll be getting a uni with that update. I speculate they actually designed her with this uniform in mind (it might even be a complete uniform they could have released already if they wanted to) so she was made with these faults intentionally because her uniform will do a lot in the way of covering them up.

Sif can solo floor 1 or any early, pre floor 5 speed relays. Probably the same for Venom.
Clea with an ignore dodge booster or obelisk can solo a RR boss, same for Silk.
GR can almost get you the floor 5 uni relay but you'll need a 2nd universal who can deal with the GR on that floor.
Elsa, Enchantress, MK, Carnage, Dr, Loki, Hype, YJ, Sharon, Songbird, can all solo you a floor
BBolt, Thor, Whor, BPanther, Cap are all good from the story as well. Not story but Mordo and TAO from Memory Missions and Wiccan and White Tiger from Specials as well

You, woth your 50-90% damage contribution already have enough resources and are advanced enough to be competent without red chests.
