Google the advanced rulebook on hearthstone wiki. The ordering is as follows:
1. Finja orders an attack.
2. The attack happens.
3. Special abilities trigger.
3a. Murloc Warleaders are summoned.
3b. Their auras are applied (auras are always applied immediately).
4. Deaths are resolved, after Finja got the aura buffs.

Second case:
1. You played a spell.
2. Minions take damage.
3. Deaths are resolved.
4. Murloc Warleaders die.
5. Their auras are removed.

The way they code combat effects and shit is so backwards. If an opponent has a 1/1 and a stormwind champ (making the 1/1 a 2/2) and you deal 1 damage to the 2/2 (making it a 2/1) and then kill the stormwind champ, the 2/1 gets -1/-1 which somehow turns it back to a 1/1. Because everybody knows that 2-1 is 1, but 1-1 is also 1.

tl;dr: Nobody on team 5 knows jack shit about ccg's or basic math.

Azure Drake and Thalnos arent even problems. The abundance and very blatant power creep on cheap aoe is. Nobody wants to play Thalnos to make 6 damage into 7 damage. I know sprint is slow and not that good of a card, but Gadtzetsan doesn't make sense given that I don't have as many spells, and I run out of stuff somewhat quickly, so it's not like I can hold cards back. Got me from rank 20 to 13 in 2 days tho.

Hey guys, since there's been a lot of talk about the new player experience, I thought I'd talk about mine in Hearthstone. I've been playing for about 2 months starting in the November season. I'm the type to try-hard in any game I play, so I tend to use online resources to optimize my time spent. November season, I played a majority of days, hitting most quests. I made sure to do all the hidden quests. I knew coming into the game that I would be playing Shaman, because I liked the totem hero power. Looking up some netdecks of Shaman, I aimed for getting a standard midrange shaman minus the legos. In the first month, I played 3 arenas, hitting a high of 4 wins with an average of 7/3. I bought 1 more old gods card pack (4) and 1 TGT card pack. The rest of my money was spent on Classic packs. Of note in those packs relevant to me:

>x1 Thing From Below
>x1 Mukla, Tyrant of the Vale

I checked whether I should keep either lego and decided to dust Acidmaw. With that dust, plus the dust you are given for dusting for the first time (some random commons), I had a bit more than 500. I crafted:
Classic

TGT
>x2 Totem Golem (80)
>x2 Thunder Bluff Valiant (200)
Old gods
>x1 Thing from below (40)

I chose these because now I would never have to buy another TGT pack and never have to do arena for old gods(I'd like to try again, but at the moment I don't need the MSoG packs). With this I managed to get rank 17 for November season. I had also become able to do Tavern Brawl and got my pack from the deathrattle x2 one.

December Season, I started slow. I skipped quests, missed tavern brawls because I didn't want to waste time grinding for a win or just didn't have time(the curvestone one and the welcome to gadgetzan one). Grinding for the free 6 MSoG packs was painful, considering I had one valid deck. I must have played 8 games as warlock before getting it. The game at this point really didn't retain me as I was busier irl. Halfway through the month, I came back, got the packs, and updated my deck with jade. I've only gotten the 6 free MSoG packs, all the rest were still classic. Of note was:

>x1 Mistress of Mixtures
So I disenchanted Mukla plus the golden common I had gotten from November season and made

>x2 Jade Idol
>x2 Argent Squire (These plus the mistress were how I tried to add some early game to replace Tunnel Trogg)
I got rank 15 for December season, I couldn't get past priests and druids with crazy decks. Also around the end of this season I decided to start saving up for adventures. I also got all of the promotional packs from playing on different medium (ipad, iphone, etc). Pirate warrior didn't seem too bad for me if I drew well, but I went 1/1 against them so not to much experience.

This season. I bought the first wing of LoE which has no relevant shaman cards. I also paid $4.18 to grab 500 Amazon coins to get the starter bundle, which got me:
>1 Jaraxxus from the class specific legendary
>1 Antonidas from 1 of the 10 packs
Too bad neither are relevant for shaman, but when I finish up shaman, I can start working on one of these two decks (especially with reno).
I disenchanted the gold rare and common plus some other cards to craft:

>x1 Azure Drake
because my deck really needed draw that wasn't Loot Hoarder. Two days ago I bought the 2nd wing of LoE to get Tunnel Trogg and Brann. This is my current decklist and I've climbed to Rank 12, hoping to get to even better rewards.

Hearthstone is shit and Team 5 is one of the worst successful developers i've ever fucking seen, they managed to fuck up every fucking expansion since the beginning of time and they keep on fucking up by moving the actually good cards from the classic set to wild, so people are moving on from this abomination of a card game.

This post is pretty damn true, I remember SFM before OW and it was so much more primitive. Best stuff at that time was probably Mass Effect. The best overall achievement was probably that raping Lara Croft video. Everything else was just low rez crap.

Now it feels like even other games besides OW are on a whole other level, what people have done with Bioshock's Elizabeth is insane, there have been some excellent edits of Dead or Alive stuff where the girls almost look photorealistic and some really awesome OC from guys like Pewposterous.

Truth to be told, I'm actually kind of relieved that the average game is 6-7 turns long now. Makes the slow pace of the game much more bearable.
